I know it’s Veganish, but an egg in an aquafaba meringue recipe? Un oeuf, already.

Worth a read as there is big chickpea/bean fighting talk. Also, although FC goes with a mix of icing and caster sugars she doesn’t choose to blitz the two together. It’s almost as though doing so would reduce the structure of the caster sugars, which is the reason for using it in the first place.

Could I make a request for science? guest says to line the tray with baking parchment or brush with oil. We all know that oil is death to normal, egg meringues but guest, unusual for her forensic self, makes no mention of this or that it is different for aquafaba meringues. I didn’t find another mention to oiling the tray for aquafaba meringues elsewhere, Felicity certainly doesn’t. For science, dear @Nonah could you oil the tray of at least some?
Consider the tray oiled.

i'm still trying to catch up on all the things i didn't achieve after i looked at Molly's face yesterday. Now you've gone and done this i think i'll need to submit a sick note as i've now got zero chance of doing anything i'm actually being paid for.

WHAT HAVE I DONE 😭 I’m making blended chicken, I assumed it was butter mixed with a chicken stock cube or something.

Luckily Misty Dog loves filth and doesn’t have any standards like our Molly, I’m sure she’ll eat it… probably.

Make a well (a kind of a hole) featu in the cake bread recipe!
Also I warn you that soaking the nuts for 30 mins then drying made them gross when I tried doing just that part.
Is this an origin story? Condescending twit.

Nah, I think gross nuts was like #Hotesoats or Manc’s attempted murder soup, kind of pre-slopalong proto attempts at slopping her recipes.

Why buy salted nuts, only to have to soak and rinse them? (Presumably to get rid of the salt??)
She must be aware that unsalted nuts are also available? 🙄
Mind you, doesn't she also have a recipe that involves rinsing the sauce from spaghetti hoops? 🤡
