Just to stand up for the Tattler you are criticising here, there's a huge difference between writing a rushed comment on Tattle with the odd typo, and a formal auto-response email at a highly well-paid formal work position where there are repeated errors the whole way through what she has written.

That gym pic in NYC screams eating disorder to me. The vast amount of weight she’s dropped in a short space of time and the inability to have a day off even on holiday just isn’t normal, it’s not like she’s training for a comp or anything. Her PT should be addressing this, it is not healthy whatsoever.

So I’ve just returned from a weekend camping in Haverigg 
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the worst place I’ve been, but it’s far from the picture-perfect chick lit beachy setting that Gem makes it out to be. Took a wrong turning too and turned around in a cul-de-sac and thought “I recognise that house!” and yep, it was the Marshall-Bosanko residence. Very pretty and typically, Gem…absolutely nothing like the others surrounding it.
Oh and I saw a woman being bundled into the back of a police van 5 mins later around the corner

Right? With the amount of walking you do in NY you don’t need to go to the gym.
I’m going next month and you can bet your arse I won’t be going to the gym or having a spinach egg and feta wrap for breakfast. I’ll be going to diners for breakfast for giant portions of home fries and pancakes and eating a million Levain cookies.
Also there are so many nice coffee shops and she goes to Starbucks.

She had a month’s worth of work to fit into 2 days, a kidney infection, a stomach bug, had to still go to the gym, start the fucking elf shite, put up a real tree alongside the other one and pack for dayzzzzz. Meanwhile in buttons land, we are bingeing on million dollar listing San Francisco and mainlining Greggs sausage rolls.

I feel the posts today of her showing her bathroom getting ripped out and the 'before' photo, of which the 'before' bathroom is incredibly modern and stunning, is just so inappropriate when we are in a cost of living crisis and people are questioning putting their heating on for like ten mins a day and she is doing that!
