I think part of the problem of attitude with male members is it's very common they're the only man in their group so they get lots of attention as men lose weigh easier so they often get slimmer of the week, and they get all the male awards like mr sleek and man of year by default. so they expect to be given the same attention in the national awards and by everyone in general
Also if they're used to all the attention and another male joins the group the resent will kick in because they don't like sharing the limelight

These pictures were posted by the most popular consultant and team developer in my area (she used to run 4 groups, shes had to reduce to 2 which shows the drop in popularity.
He once visited the NHS trust I worked at, he said that he will wear a disguise next time he visits because he hates being mobbed in reception. Two people said hello to him and that was it. Very arrogant man.

I think if we're honest the signs were all there with him because as entertaining as supersize vs superskinny was from a psychological and medical standpoint it's not really the most ethical thing to do to with people who likely have eating disorders.
Embarassing bodies was also on the exploitative side giving people treatments they would never get of have to wait years for on the NHS, condition being the whole country gets to see it.
I totally agree.
Similar to my issues with slimming world, I think slimming world can turn people into very arrogant individuals, it seems to be worst amongst the men. Being a minority in a group has inflated their ego and the publicity makes them even worse. It’s exploitative behaviour. I think slimming world can create eating disorders and gives people unhealthy obsessions with what the numbers on a set of scales say.
I saw social media posts yesterday of people tagging the owner of Slimmingworld Margaret for international woman’s day with some stomach churning garbage about how they are grateful to her for brining slimming world into their lives. Is this indoctrination?
I see ross smith is being his usual pompous smarmy bleeping self on his stories this morning...How does he know that woman in the coffee shop doesn't have a learning disabilty?
