The filter she uses is quite a heavy one. I tried it and looked completely different! I think it's so wrong to use and misleading. It's not a transformation when it's not your own face.


I don't think she's had a band. She has extreme weightlosses cos she eats the bare minimum (bit of chicken and salad) she has big gains that she doesn't disclose because of "trolls" But she was close to her target a couple of months ago but her pics now say 15 stone on them so she's put a stone back on, at least, lately.

I really wish filters were banned, it’s totally disingenuous to promote a weight loss plan or anything else related to appearance like make up or skin care if you’re using any sort of filter. Can’t wait til the day they’re banned - all these Insta huns are going to appear rough as toast when we see their real faces!

I see the 10 cal jelly people are doing a mass drop to anyone and everyone again....have lost count of how many adverts I've seen for them. There is no way to make a 10 calorie jelly seem exciting and tasty yet still they they try. Even if it was something I wanted to eat, the fact they give so much of it away makes me refuse on principle.

Always a fox & moon planner, crucials sauce, frylight and jd seasonings to be won.

Then there would drama about who won cos it was usually a big account or one of their mates

Those were the heady days of SW on Instagram - remember the 10 cal jelly ad? I think that was peak SW.

They're medicine and contain paracetamol, anymore than 4 sachets a day you'll be overdosing so not really something you can over consume..

we had this on easter sunday, really... so his mrs made home made hotcross buns, slimming world friendly according to the post but didnt take a pic of them? why not? surely your members and followers would have loved to have seen them and helped them stay on plan?

there's only the 3 of them, the adults both "follow slimming world" and unless they've got the boss baby living with them, I don't think their child is going to be storming around the house demanding chocolate eggs now are they

hasn't weighed in since 1st April, and has drawn more lines than amanda holdens probably got on her unbotoxed forehead, and STILL stands in a room a few times every week as a slimming world consultant telling others about their weightloss.

ETA does he say he's staying under 7 syns? Someone his size (and being a man) can have 20+ can't they,? So why is he restricting himself in this way? A consultant that can't even follow the plan correctly?
