Doesn't even make Shivs top 5 low moments;

1) Jumping into the London homeless queue for a vaccine fresh off the plane from Bali
2) Going to Randox and gallivanting about knowing she had Covid
3) Pretending she got an ticket for a half capacity Mayo v Tyrone All Ireland final off Kilkenny man
4) Pulling teeth whitening strips off in a taxi in the middle of Covid
5) Her gaslighting of Furnace clients and potential clients. It's an excel sheet that charges nonsensical money for and she spouts pure lies to sell it.

She's Irish like, surely alot of you can understand that you risk annoying your following if you do mention it and clearly you risk it if you don't. No win situation, I think she's a complete dick but there's better things to be annoyed about than this.

4 sessions of BJJ in a week is so unnecessary for anyone who's not training to compete. It's over exercising again to make up for a bad diet and alcohol. She's completely in the wrong game there's no personal trainer who would recommend this lifestyle. Most personal trainers I know can't even get do this level of training they want to do because they've no time between work and coaching.
4 sessions a week and she's still a white belt.

Why does she overshare really personal things that should be kept to yourself so much? Is it a coping mechanism if some sore.

1. Posts pictures when she has spots on her face.
2. Says she picks her spots.
3. Gets her nails cut short so she can't pick the spots on her face.
4. Announces every time she starts her period.
5. Informs all that she hasn't washed her hair in 'x' number of days.
6. Admits on a podcast she left a tampon in and only noticed because of the smell coming from her.

I know I'm missing more so feel free to add. But like what the actual fuck?

I’m a keen runner so let’s break this down

“a very slow run”

Yes but what was the point of the run ? When I look at your heart rate it tells me you were busting your ass to get a PB.

Little to no elevation gain so it was a pretty flat run. Freezing air has nothing to do with nasel breathing. I’ve no idea what your talking about there.

If you’re heart rate wasn’t so high you wouldn’t be breathing out of your whole 🤦🏻‍♂️

I have been spending a lot of time doing laps of Clapham Common here in London and I need to address something I've been frequently observing.



Men in army pants, with women doing burpees, sprints and sit-ups in the park.



I'm guessing (hoping!) that they are ex-military that are now running fitness bootcamps for the general public.



I was watching them pointing at the ground and shouting at a woman as she came back from her run around the trees.



It looked pretty miserable to be honest.



Maybe she was having a great time, but I was thinking "What if she is doing this bootcamp just to lose weight?"



(Because maybe she is doing it for fitness, or for practice for the military - who knows?!)

It reminds me of how so many women use exercise as a form of punishment. They think that if a workout isn't miserable then it isn't effective for fat loss.



It's the same with dieting. There is no need to be super restrictive.



I had a client write to me yesterday because she couldn't understand how easy she is finding The Furnace:

I blame diet culture for making us think that exercise is for burning calories and that dieting should be restrictive or miserable, or else it's not working.
I hate seeing people trying too hard! Does that make me a bad PT? Should I be in the park shouting at people?



I am inherently lazy and I enjoy the nice things in life. I also want to be lean.



So I have carved out the easiest and laziest way to do it.



It's really simple: a slow sustainable calorie deficit while using training to focus on getting stronger, fitter or more skilled.
