Would a tampon just fall out if it was in that far u forgot about it for a week? I've never used them so wouldn't know. She really is disgusting

Was Laura Bennett not staying with her a few days ago? And Fliss was over a while back as well. She also posted two wine glasses and two meals on Saturday night just gone. And then came on her stories the next day saying she wasn't drinking.

All the above count as entertaining.

She's trying to say she has a bloke over without saying it the attention seeking twat.

*Edit - 3 plates. If she doesn't show who she's entertaining she is not entertaining at all. It's a set up.
Probably three plates of food for herself to stuff into her gob.

It's incredible how she has not been cancelled by the industry.
I still can’t figure out why she hasn’t. Like she’s been the clear butt off many of the JS Crew. They openly mock her - post videos but won’t say it’s her. But she will comment being like “oh that’s so me” 😂.

She says she wants to venture out of SW London more. Thats super easy if she didn't have to do so much gurling exercise everyday and kept things in check a bit more she wouldn't have to be on such a strict exercise regime

Subject : The big secret

Ok, so there probably isn't going to be a big secret to fat loss in this email.

I had a huge number of new people join the email list yesterday after I shared those images.



This makes me think that a lot of people were curious about how I changed my body over the last two months.



I was in a calorie deficit.



But it was an *easy* calorie deficit.



Too many people try and force themselves into a hard calorie deficit.



Things that made it easy:



1. I have a lot of muscle. While your BMR isn't raised *that* much by more muscle, it does help you look leaner by having more visible muscle.



2. I'm doing training I enjoy and actually want to show up for. If you are training in a way that is changing your body composition but you hate it, how long do you think those results will last?



3. I counted calories for a while. I've been at this game years and I rarely want to actively get smaller but I arrived in London after two months on the piss, so I thought it might be a good idea to track again for a while. This helps me be more mindful when choosing food. I've since stopped tracking because I'm happy as I am and know how to balance my nutrition.



4. I made sure not to sacrifice any social events. I had no end-point or goal size/weight/measurements. I wanted to just get back to feeling "myself". So I still went to all the events and dinners that I was invited to. I just roughly tracked the food/drink and didn't care if it meant I was in a surplus for the week.



5. My NEAT (non exercises activity thermogenesis) is a lot higher in London than the previous two months. I walk/cycle most places, and even the train stations are a bit of a walk away. One of the weeks I averaged25,000 steps and that didn't include a few BJJ classes were I don't wear the watch!



6. There is a lot of convenient, nutrient-dense food in London. The calories are displayed on most foods too - which I find really helpful most of the time.



If you are trying to make changes to your body - look at your environment.



Maybe you can't make changes to your environment ("hold on I move to London!"), but if you can shape your environment or way of life to make it easier to make choices in line with your goals, then implement them.



Set yourself up to win.



Telling yourself you are going to do gruelling workouts all week, and stay in all weekend because you are hashtag-disciplined, is just pointless.



Unless you are some super-motivated person all year round, then you are probably setting yourself up to fail with that method.

The cup cake set up ...unless someone has a key to her apartment and surprised her ..she was there when they set it up. Is that not the most awkward and cringes thing ..like at 34 . My 20 something kids inwardly groan if they see me sneakily pulling a birthday cake out lol
Oh god I’ve not even seen it and I’m already cringing at it 😂😂😂

Has she mentioned the missing/stolen passport at all? Or is she hoping it will all be forgotten about?
No mention/acknowledgement whatsoever and it is a HUGE issue. She's the type that would see Sinead as being wrong for being rightfully angry about it and bad mouth her to the whole world and completely spin the story of what really happened.

Good on Cici - she probably has some morals.

I remember being in school and hearing a story of a girl who forgot about a tampon and had to have it removed. It TERRIFIED me. I'm still not comfortable using them to this day and will only use them if I need to ie. night out or some social occasion.

Whether it happened to her or not I don't care but we really didn't need to know !!!! Christ 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I couldn't sleep last night so thought I'd listen to the AoK nutrition podcast with Siobhan, it was about periods, Siobhan admitted the 1st she used a tampon she put it in the wrong hole and she left a tampon in for a week or more without noticing 🤢
Just....how????

Anyone see Cici’s stories… about people being jealous and trying to bring you down to their level. I note Shiv hasn’t liked it. It was a few hours after the champagne in the park story… love to think she has seen the light about shiv

If I remember correctly there was an Irish Times article at the time she got her breast augmentation saying how fitness influencers were promoting how to be confident but then getting surgery etc... must go look for it
