Is she suggesting this is what shes doing now, I've been aware of her for about 18months now and never during that time have I seen her exhibit healthy behaviours.. It's been too much alcohol, overtraining and absolutely awful food choices in general..

I feel back when she was hypertrophy training properly and eating well and gained her original insta following is prob the last time she had healthy behaviours, but I didnt follow her then so can't be sure

Surely this is basic shit when running a business?! Yes, I think that is what is going on here. She is the pilot lady so maybe only stays a few days. She’s probably paying a discounted rent. But that’s not as impressive as Siobhan saying she is renting a two bed on the ‘common’() by herself. She did the same when she was living with that Aoibhin lady in Bali. She made out that she was renting this big impressive two bed villa herself but she was just house sharing with a 23 year old.

Really not defending Siobhan cos I think she is vile - but re the tampon thing, it is quite common. It's happened a few friends of mine and one of them, the tampon literally did fall out a few weeks later (she had gone to the doctor and everything about the smell but the doctor didn't bother doing an internal exam).

I think if this story had come from anyone but Siobhan I'd have found it as good 'warning/educational' story re the use of tampons. But because Siobhan is just generally disgusting and lacks hygiene day to day - it actually turns my stomach and make me think that it happened her purely cos she lacks normal hygeine.

Skipped thru that need to read podcast. She either hasn’t read the book the bloke talks about, has read it and can’t remember it, or listened to it and didn’t really listen. She’s an Idiot

Its a weird listen. The guy actually seems so lovely and genuinely likes siobhan. I totally get him liking somebody who has the same niche interest as you (self help books).

However, for that podcast, she definitely has not read it or is just such a rambler that it she makes herself look like she hasnt.

In general, she tries to spoof her way through anything speaking related. Its like a wall of words in no particular order just being rapidly spat out. The vitamin instagram stories are a good example.
