Does she honestly not get how ridiculous she sounds by saying she needs to factor time in to prepare and cook food at 34 years old? The fact she continuously refers back to GoJek drives me. She did a post a few months ago about toasting to her and Sinead who bought an apartment , but it is more than likely a timeshare apartment ! She claimed to have impulse bought property. Given the state of her business accounts and the dwindling amount of cash she has access to at best she invested maybe 5 or 10k in a REIT.
She doesn't have the funds to buy a time share.

The Furnace must still be making decent money but perhaps not as much as previously. After the discount it is still more expensive than it was before the relaunch. I'd imagine she's still pulling in 100k+ between it and the influencer deals and property.
I imagine a lot of her daily expenses are through the company and thus reduce tax etc.

As the apartment is not built you'd only have to pay a booking deposit. I imagine the company does have the funds to pay all of it when due.

She had 2 tiny apartments last year. Not in Dublin (1 is valued at 179k with a 99k mortgage)
She sold the 2nd one last year to clear a heap of debt and blew through any remaining cash/equity flexing her "hot girl summer" in London/GCD. She is now burning through the last of the cash in her accounts with very little new income coming in.
Nobody with an income of 100k liquidates half their (two) assets. And no one with brains flies business class when they are circling the drain.
She's broke and living on fumes. I can almost guarantee that.
