My biggest issue is that in the whole Faye and teddy situation she’s so obsessed with talking about avoidant and anxious attachment styles she won’t even delved into any other notion. Like maybe when Faye is telling Millie she doesn’t find him funny that’s her just stating something she likes in a partner that he doesn’t have. But oh no Sinead is a relationship expert and this is classic avoidant behaviour because she sought out this excuse. I was listening to le le le letmeexplain’s opinion on it and she makes a good point that Faye is gaslighting turning everything around on teddy when it’s her who isn’t that into him and doesn’t want to say. Sinead hasn’t wrote a book about gaslighting though so let’s just pretend it doesn’t exist, right?

they’re also millionaires because they are a success story from the show as they’re actually married and still together unlike others who stay together for a couple of months then break up, both stunning and got offered good opportunities after the show, similar to molly mae and Tommy. They also don’t go on their Instagram stories trying to give psychological advice when they have no qualifications in the matter.

but in seriousness you’re right. What makes a good podcast is a host that has done their research and knows the topic. Not someone highlighting a book and repeating it into a mic
