We're having a slightly colder than normal winter as you can see by Susan's fur. She looks like an unmade bed.
This is what should be in the dictionary under the definition of catOur girl spent all night crying at the top of the stairs because OH didn't come home (he was working away) and was all out of sorts that he wasn't home, but now he's home she's massively given him the cold shoulder![]()
She's beautiful.View attachment 3594188
This is so silly but I’ve been so scared to share her as she’s half Scottish fold! I know they’re the pug of the cat world but she is definitely a cross breed and we take her for regular health checks to make sure she’s okay and we make sure to check every little quirk she may have. She’s also adopted not bought so please don’t think we are monsters! This was the photo on her pets4homes listing that made us fall in love with her![]()
Our cats are all living a life I can only dream ofThis morning cleo came in my bedroom and was doing little cries, enough to wake me up though. She had breakfast and then went straight back to sleep. I swear she wants me out the bed so she can have it to herself![]()
I'm so glad you have her now. When I was able to work I donated monthly to trap-and-spay program to help control feral cats. I wish I could still donate as it's something I care deeply about. My Boss #1 is a former feral cat. Feral cats need to hide their scent while they are living in the wild, so they shovel a lot to cover their business. She is about 2 & half yrs old now & has been with us for 5 months, she was in foster/medical care for maybe 4 months before she came to us. So she was surviving outside most of her life. She has in past couple days made major shift & seems way more settled. It's been great. But she still shovels the litter non stop after she goes, we have timed her & she was at it about 40 mins before we just gave up & scooped it for her. So now when we hear her going litter we just scoop it straight away. I don't know if this habit will ever change.
