My cat is poorly again 😔 Since Friday she’s lost her appetite, takes a couple of mouthfuls of food when before she’d practically lick the bowl clean. Then this morning she did a small very dark poo in her littler tray. Google is diagnosing the worst.

The insurance has a clause where you have to have an online consult before getting an appointment so I’ve spoken to a vet on web chat and they’ve said give her some bland food, see how she gets on and if no better take her to vet tomorrow. I just opened a can of tuna and when she smelled it she got very vocal demanding the food lol but still only took a few mouthfuls. She has eaten some dreamies this morning too. She seems sleepy but when we get her favourite toy out she has played.

We’ve also found a lump on her cheek and my husband thinks maybe it’s from a fight because she keeps getting into a fight with another neighbours cat 🙄 so really hoping maybe it’s just that putting her off eating and nothing more sinister.

We had dogs before and I swear they weren’t this stressful 😫

Yes it's from 2013 and both of these fluffs are at Rainbow Bridge but I will always love this photo, I hope you do too x Minnie and Alf.

Aw, such beautiful kitties 😻😻

This is my lovely lady Hari very aloof crossed the rainbow bridge aged 17 just as we were about move house? She fell ill very quickly and I often wonder if she succumbed rather than leave the home she'd only ever known when she adopted me aged 12 weeks from a neighbour who'd taken her mum in whilst pregnant 😍.

Thor turns 12 on Monday. He's a massive tall, long cat but he's still a baby. It's funny, he's Susan's half brother but they couldn't be more different. He's so quiet and she's crazed. And loud.
Here he is as a kitten watching Ice Age.

So I'd ordered a gift wrapped denim jacket for my toddler grandson went off to find some tape to reseal the box as I'd checked the contents came back to this!

It has now been repurposed as Merry's bed no doubt till she gets fed up of it... Later 😻😏😂.

She's had a busy day, young Susan. All over the house climbing her tower, lazing in the autumn sun and climbing into a bag of clothes I'm collecting for the clothing bank. Now time to relax on the washing machine.

So, I was doing my usual midweek tidy-up and laundry this morning. I have a pair of tatty recliner armchairs that I make look some way decent by hiding them under a couple of throws. The chairs have a back panel that is held in place at the bottom by a velcro strip.

I was passing Jimmy's chair and saw a paw waving at me. He had managed to get inside the chair in search of toys that, ahem, 'someone' chased under there in the first place, but couldn't figure out how to get back out again.

Unfortunately, my phone was upstairs out of reach so you will just have to picture the scene yourselves.
