I’d bet she spends more time on Tattle than we do. Some us manage to do lots of things while parenting a SEN child including working a front line job, meeting our SEN child’s social, educational and emotional needs and taking them to various clubs and therapy sessions. I don’t drink alcohol on daily basis, maybe that helps

So you go to a clinic appointment, they chat and ask questions, observe the child and send you a report. How would the Dr know if he had arfid from 1 30 minutes consult? Could it be that the report is basically just an overview of what Shannon has reported as his difficulties? It clearly says he needs further follow ups. If I have a report that states my child demonstrates signs of autism that's not an autism diagnosis, it's not how it works or anyone with enough money could pay a private dr to diagnose anything.
