Yeah, she has to concentrate really hard to speak properly. She needs elocution lessons.

I think part of her inability to speak is those Turkey dentures. Between those and the baboons arse lips she can barely talk.
As far as I know you need two negative tests - day 1 and day 10 (which used to be day 7) before you can say you don't have it, and even then you still need to quaranteen for 14 days. She no more got a test than I live on the moon. She's a liar.
