jennifer arcuri was quoted as saying that boris was a tit shag. now she's obviously going for him, but how can he be such a shagger and be crap at it? awful lazy man, this government's apparent misuse of public funds is pretty astonishing too:

Has that boy ever got or done anything on his own merit?
the obsession with fame persisting for subsequent generations is so weird and crap - how many talented unconnected people will never make it and yet this lot get multiple chances despite an apparent lack of talent.

And I actually really don’t appreciate your sarcastic comment insinuating I have some old fashioned view that only pretty girls are worthy of fame. Using your sarcasm to put words in my mouth is totally uncalled for.
Fair enough, that did actually come across badly, my apology. However you must admit your post did seem to disparage ‘normal’ girls somewhat.

I merely pointed out she has no talent, and is isn’t remarkable, so I can’t understood why DM would report on her every move like she was someone of interest. Why the book deals, the magazine covers, the clothing lines? What hope is there for society and for future generations if our role model is someone who is dating a football and has nothing else to offer?

Standards of beauty are fortunately changing but I still see no space for celebrating someone like Coleen. Em Rata is typically attractive but I don’t appreciate why she’s famous either, yet I do understand how it’s happened because that’s is what society wants to see. I just can’t imagine there was an ever an appetite for more Coleen articles, yet the reporters kept peddling it. All the power to normal women, but I’m not going to pretend to be interested in following their lives.

We aren’t talking about someone here like Greta Thunberg where I’m saying I can’t understand why she’s famous because she doesn’t look like a supermodel 🤷🏼‍♀️. It’s Colleen Rooney.

I hear you......And it sparked the trend of young (particularly underprivileged) women wanting to be a WAG more than anything else in life. Troubling in many ways.

Didn't Colleen get papped a lot in her school uniform? Maybe I'm misremembering it.
Her being a normal young woman was probably a big part of her appeal and why many found her aspirational.

Yes but aspirational for what, marrying rich? It’s tragic. Take the Kardashians who get the talentless jibes, at least like or loathe them they have personality. She never even really would do talking interviews because it would soon become very apparent she had nothing interesting to say and we were supposed to just buy her Littlewoods line because she was a WAG. So bizarre what will sell.

Yeah... that's how it works.

Have you read the reviews on Amazon of his photography book? If not - book yourself 10 mins and have a pee first - they are hysterical.
Those are hilarious, thanks for the laugh, from comments like "I didn't know he was blind" to "my cat's butt took better photo's". Cheered me up no end 😅 :p 😅

I've been quiet here for but a while but I felt compelled to come on here to say *look* at Laura Whitmore on Instagram. The comments show her true colours. As a fellow Irish gal in London I feel I should have a sort of comradeship with her but she is awful.

In this post, she's banging on about how proud she is to work with renowned sustainable brand *checks notes* eh, Primark. People are commenting with legitimate concerns about the company and she is so passive aggressive towards them. Great that Penneys/Primark are taking steps to improve but if you were truely into sustainability you wouldn't work with a brand like that.

I've had the unpleasant misfortune of having to spend a lot of time with her because there are some overlaps in our circles of friends and because of some work I do. She is a nasty piece of work. She practically foamed at the mouth when given the chance to work on love island and let me ask you, if you were so heartbroken about one of your 'best friends' dying would you be posting videos of yourself dancing around less than a week later. She's such a con artist. I mix in circles that are full of show biz types and used to work in PR so it says a lot when I say she is the most pretentious, selfish brown noser I've ever known. Wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. And it all comes out in those comments.

Ahem. So. Any other opinions on her? 😆

@Lavendergreendillydilly as an Irish-girl-formerly-in-London-now-back-in-Ireland can I just say I love all your tea ☕ Keep spilling! 🙏🤗😂

Sadly it is how it works. She is an ordinary girl with ordinary looks who bagged a footballer and now lives in luxury. Aspirational if you ferl you have few prospects apart from working minimum wage before getting knocked up by a loser who will run off after 5 minutes onto the next woman.
Agree about the Kardashians. They have made a fortune out of very little but it's their own fortune, not a fortune tied up in marrying a rich man But they came from money and had parents who pushed them, for better or worse, to make their own money.

I still can’t believe how famous she was back in the day. They weren’t even married at the time, her only talent was shagging a footballer. And she was everywhere, books, clothing deals and all pre influencer days. She wasn’t even remarkable looking, just a normal looking girl. Society’s standards for fame are just awful.
Coleen is lovely honestly I know people think she’s a fool for putting up with what she does but her heart is gold, 1 of the escorts he went with years ago was paid by a paper to try and taunt Coleen

Is there any gossip on the actor Tom H- (kidding! 😋) Tom Burke? I know he's the godson of the very missed Alan Rickman but other than that. He's always good value when he turns up in something, like The Crown last year.

Just because she’s a lovely girl with a heart of gold doesn’t mean she’s not foolish. Why does she not maintain some dignity Wayne has publicly humiliated her for years now. She blamed the brothel shenanigans on the fact that they hadn’t slept together yet so he was dipping his wick elsewhere! Ok if you want to use that logic then fine but by publicly stating this she has shown him that she is willing to not only accept his behaviour but also to make excuses for it and partially assume some responsibility. She more or less said because she wasn’t giving it to him he was getting it somewhere else. What a low standard to set for not only herself but her children. If she had a daughter would she be happy for her to follow her path?

There is no way that Coleen would leave Wayne. She won’t let anyone else be Mrs Rooney and have kids, which would mean the inheritance being split.

And by staying, she can make sure he doesn’t spend it all and that there is plenty left for the kids.

I think your looking a bit deep into a situation that’s got nothing to do with your day to day life.
