I think 'Wayne slept with another woman' would be met with tumbleweed in court if that was why they didn't reach an agreement. She may as well say 'Waynes a bit dumb'. I suspect he does have a drinking problem. Didn't he say he slept with the prostitute when he was drunk?

He only cheats when he’s drunk! Then I think he has a gambling addiction too. Coleens solution seems to be keeping a tight leash on him which we have all seen hasn’t worked. She must have zero self esteem or doesn’t care anymore and just stays for the lifestyle.

Yes, they got together when they were teenagers. Coleen is also from a devout Catholic family and religious herself, so she may feel divorce simply isn't an option for her.
