I love how her ‘work’ day’s always seem to include a workout… just because it has work in the name, doesn’t make it work.

No one and I mean no one gives two flying fucks why you missed Pilates Sarah. She is so out of touch with reality if she honestly thinks anyone gives a tit whether she has worked out, not worked out. Sorry guys but I can't with boring basic witch today. I'm having a bad day and I think it's only fair I take it out on her 🤬
She had to rant about it because there's obviously a part of her that feels guilty about missing it...

Sarah's whole life seems to revolve around managing their illnesses, diet and exercise. What a sad existence and this has been going on way before she had kids. Seems her years long documented (and monetized) food intolerances and digestive issues now extend to both her husband and sons  😬

Yeah I’d like to see proof this naturopath actually said this, it’s probably just Sarah’s warped way of pushing her eating disorder onto the rest of the family

I’m gluten intolerant and the rest of my family still eat everything else that includes gluten, I don’t make my family miss out on food just because I can’t eat it

Is avoiding lettuce not so wild?? I've never heard of anyone being told to avoid lettuce...

(I apologise if this is a common thing it just seems crazy that she's cutting lettuce out of her nearly 2 year old's diet? Happy to be educated further on this ❤)

I've just googled it and literally couldn't find anything about why we should avoid it apart from a couple of recalls in 2020...these women are nuts....

Naturopaths can’t diagnose food intolerance. It’s a scam. You can’t actually diagnose an intolerance without doing elimination style dieting. It’s all guess work.

About the lettuce, from memory salad is not easily digestible. That’s all I’ve got for you. And is my memory based on some tit I saw on Instagram? Probably

He has not been to hospital 6 times this year. Sezzy time strikes again.
And I don’t trust naturopath intolerance test, there’s no way she went to an actual specialist to confirm these “intolerances”.
She would have been OVERJOYED to be told she has something else she can blame her restrictions on. These poor boys are going to have such a an unhealthy relationship with food.

I’ve just googled and lettuce is great for your immune system. As someone said below Ashy Bines used to say lettuce was bad because it was high in sugar 😂😂

Doesn’t seem healthy for F to miss out on those foods just because M isn’t allowed.

Ok I am not proud of this but when I was in the middle of my own ED / had horrid acne / had tried everything to get better under the sun AND watched Sarah’s blogs religiously - I actually went to see Sarah’s naturopath.

I’m all I had was a Vespa at the time and you know I rode an hour to Miranda because I thought it was going to be the cure to all my ails.
It was the biggest sham of my life. I think I went twice / three times until I had already spent thousands and on a low income full time uni budget it was defiantly cutting into what money I had left to eat.

I had seen a few naturopaths before this who had helped somewhat, but I remember feeling so uncomfortable about the way the naturopath spoke about food, about my body and about women’s health. I’ll try and find some old documents as receipts - but as soon as I was told I might benefit from some of his wife’s services too I was out.

I don’t know if Sarah still see’s the same naturopath, but it would explain a lot. And it makes me incredibly sad that M would be under the influence (because it’s not care) of such people. And I hope there’s people in sarah’s life who can intervene before he get’s any sicker (if there is anything wrong)

For me, I came off all my tinctures and supplements while travelling overseas.
I came back and saw a doctor, and I am so glad I did. Turns out I had a tumour the size of a grapefruit on my uterus that I can only wonder now if the herbs were fuelling such a big fire. I was operated on 6 weeks later. I’m still not great all the time but bloody oath I’m glad I didn’t believe these people could cure all my ails for a minute longer.

Let’s hope M gets help soon, and can eat his lettuce.

Sarah's naturopath is a major red flag. He's the type of person who preys on vulnerable people. In Sarah's case he agreed with everything she thought was wrong with her and put her on an everchanging cocktail of supplements that must have cost a fortune. He diagnosed her with PCOS and insulin resistance, neither of which she had when she finally went to a doctor.

Then she was convinced Kurt had issues. Her naturopath diagnosed him with SIBO which involved severely restricting his diet for a time. He was later diagnosed with fibromyalgia as the cause of his issues.

She's been convinced her kids will have intolerances since F was born. Lo and behold, her naturopath now thinks she's right. They knew M would likely be immunocompromised due to whatever his genetic condition is but now somehow think his issues can be cured by removing lettuce from his diet.

Sadly, this is just another excuse for Sarah to further restrict and control what her family eats and her naturopath, once again, is enabling her because she's a walking dollar sign to him and clearly an easy mark.

SARAH IS WHACK. The fact she's even putting this on the internet for other vulnerable mothers to absorb about their new babies, especially first time mums is so worrying. I am watching the YT as we speak and in fuckin shock. Lettuce and cucumbers, it's 99% WATER.

SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE THIS WOMAN FROM THE INTERNET.
