As the old saying goes, a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing. A person might have the slimmest bit of awareness about a subject, yet thanks to the Dunning-Kruger effect, believe that he or she is an expert.

It sounds very much like ED talk and over exaggerating sizes eg:that was meit genuinely looked like it fit her but she was still wearing the second band. I mentioned this a few pages back (well maybe page two of this thread) and absolutely. Both Kayla and Leah Itsines are beautiful people who seem GENUINELY positive and not highly strung in any way.
