Seriously, I could write it all now...

duck, Sarah, you could've "taken your besties along" on your lip/botox/spackle journey but that doesn't fit your holistic image, does it, so you you'd rather shill millions for "natural" skincare, deodorants, whatever than admitting to actually getting injectables.

For the record, you can lead a healthy lifestyle, all with "natural" skincare (which is bs in itself but anyway) and get botox, filler and McDonald's every once in a while. That doesn't make you a hypocrite, but being all holy on social media whilst not giving a

It's not that hard and would make her look a lot more honest and relatable.
Show us getting fillers or when you have a sneaky McDonald's because you're tired and can't be arsed to cook,
that's relatable, no one is perfect, trying to pretend you are is hypocritical and will everyone around you feel like
tit because they're not "the same level of #mumboss #milf"!
