ooooh I might be able to provide some context to this!!

So in this story she was carrying on about how he is doing nothing with the wedding planning and has no involvement in it.

BUT I literally saw him yesterday at kmart in Miranda. He was in the fitness section and was buying those wooden party games that are pretty popular right now. He was on the phone (to Sarah it sounded like). didn't really catch the conversation, but it was like "ok yeah I'll get this, what do you think about that" etc.

I could imagine he'd be really fed up with her saying he has zero involvement and doesn't care about the wedding when he's literally been running around the shire all day buying games for the wedding.

Also just confirming - he was not approached by heaps of fans every 20 minutes , literally no one knew who he was

Also...didn't Sezzy say she had a wedding planner? I would've thought they would shortlist some options for a DJ & book them well in advance...

Just a side note, I find it super strange that they organised the wedding when Kurts brother is overseas, they knew he was going to be away too before they booked the date because that’s why they visited Townsville. It’s very odd, they already have a kid out of wedlock they easily could have pushed the date until he was back

I think that changed when the venue changed, and I'm also pretty sure she didn't have a planner in the true sense of the word because she has too many control issues. She's been talking about getting this wedding tit done (like shes doing it all herself) for aaaaages, even before all the "last minute" changes, and even when she mentioned the planner.

Ok. Just watched all her stories about the DJ etc. and wow, I agree. What a mess. It just solidifies the fact that she is one of those people who constantly talks about her stress and being busy when it comes down to ~absolute tit time management~ ... I mean at this point you have to go out of your way to be this last minute. How booked are vendors in Aus? Where I am, I have had to book everything a year+ out and anything "last minute" is still months away from my date.

Is it quirky or cute to her? I just don't understand. It feels like she's having a "wedding" for the vlog and only the vlog because I am a bride who wants to just show up and have everything done (Aka I want decisions made and the first or second option can work because I'm not deliberating over every detail. Make it pretty and that's all I care) but I would never wait this long to book a DJ! Sezz -- maybe talk to someone because if you are A) having a big wedding for the content factor only instead of an intimate ceremony or B) are THAT disinterested in the wedding, then either way you have major issues and I recommend discussing them with a LICENSED professional.

Woof. Watching her "life" *aka content* is getting to a point where I wonder if she understands what ACTUAL living is supposed to look like. If your first thought when doing anything is "well, what kind of content will that produce for my brand" you may want to reassess, sunshine.

Ps good luck finding a DJ that is worth a lick with <2 weeks notice. Anyone worth having has been had, my dear. Enjoy amateur hour, or as a previous poster said: Spotify and a speaker? Sounds amazing! Worth the flight to Byron I'd say.

PPS - I believe she said "we are already spending enough money flying people out" ... imagine if she had a wedding planner? She could have saved a bundle by having local, reputable vendors. I just think she didn't even look for a venue or planner with enough time to find someone available. Ok rant over

You never know with Sarah. She complains about how much work Fox is but then has her mum and Kurt looking after him all the time. She claims it took her 3 years to develop recipes for Sunee but then she has recipe developers. She complains about emails but has people working for her. She brags about her businesses but one is 5 minute a day podcast that you can literally record a whole month in half a day. The other one is an ebook that she did once ages ago and she is still milking it even tho she has no qualifications, not much work to do there if you ask me. The other one is what? Slapping your name on things someone else makes and choosing a pattern that you like from someone else’s brand to make White Fox copy it for you? Takes a few minutes scrolling through Instagram to screenshot a pattern you like. The only thing that takes time is shooting a campaign and come on Sarah, Kurt is the one working there.
All she has to do for Sunee is cook like anyone else does, only she gets paid for the less than average smoothie recipe
She doesn’t edit her vlogs and barely films anyway.
She gets help cleaning the house (which is absolutely fine).
My point is, she does literally duck all but claims to do so much. So I wouldn’t be surprised if she actually does have a wedding planner but she is paying for it so she doesn’t give her credit. I think the only reason she doesn’t have a DJ even if she has a wedding planner, is that she tries to fish for free stuff because the more money you spend on your wedding, the bigger amount you pay your wedding planner.
Never stopped to think about how much work Sarah must do, but thinking about it now it really is duck all. Seems to me like Kurt actually puts more hours at work and still finds time for his kid, yet she is the “successful” one

So I've had this theory for a while that Sarah does whatever is popular on TikTok without saying so.
Lots of people gave her tit for the curly hair video, but it was a massive trend on tiktok.

ADHD has been a big "thing" on tiktok where everyone seems to get at least one video that they relate to. I think this "auditory hypersensitivity" thing is two pronged.
1: it pathologises normal things like irritation and makes a normal situation very hyperbolic and medical. There's also another trend where people pathologise normal problems, such as "did you know if you like to read books as a kid and now spend too much time on your phone, you were emotionally abused?" or "did you know that if loud noises annoy you then you have trauma, ADHD, autism, and many more!"
2: ADHD symptoms are almost trendy on TikTok. I see more and more videos of people talking about their visual and auditory overstimulation symptoms.

Eughhh toddler tantrums are the worst. I’ve felt that way before and I prefer her honesty over those stupid over posed Easter photos. Why is she asking her stans for advice though? If there is anything I have learnt from being a mummy....no child is the same. What works for one, won’t work for another.

Also, asking for parental advice online is a bad idea. I feel like it's well-known that mothers get lots of unsolicited advice all the time about how they should raise their kids, rather than advice to help the child (i.e. you're not going a good job vs this problem requires this solution). Asking for advice doesn't mean the type of advice will be better, it just means more people won't hold back.

I just figured she was trying to hide the gifted shoes on the counter

But she showed them in the stories beforehand. There's three shoes here, I think. The peach trainer, a beige hightop behind it and I think there's a white shoe on the table poking out from behind the shoebox (might not be new).

Kurt also showed Jei with two new pairs of shoes on his stories so they've probably all been gifted for some reason.

Ugh that still grinds my gears how she tried to flirt with him to get his help, such insincerity. He isn’t interested in women Sezzy, and even if he was, your abberations in the kitchen would destroy his Actual Chef soul
