This thread is so sad to read and highlights the danger we feel as women even in this day and age.
I was thinking reading this, I’m so lucky nothing like this has happened to me. But when I look back, there have been times where men have got too close, touched my leg or bum.
And it seems normal for me to be hyper aware on the rare occasion I walk in the dark (even on a well lit street), for me to not walk next to a parked car that has a man sitting in it in the dark but it shouldn’t be normal, to walk with a key between my fingers. We shouldn’t have to do this.
