I agree but To be honest it’s not that straightforward, my partner had to go to Tusla previously as there was substance abuse and domestic violence in his child’s mothers house, the child was missing a lot of school, having nightmares, wetting the bed etc as a result and they didn’t do a whole lot to be honest. My partner ended up going to court to get help and that was a lengthy process. So I’m not sure if Brian is even trying but if he is then it’s very difficult for a dad to prove basically but it shouldn’t be.
Completely agree. We had a similar situation... 6 years of court and there is still so much wrong that my DH cannot fix. Tusla, school, father all on one side of court room and the judges still made the wrong decisions.
But we don't even know if Brian is fighting for Luke. OR we don't know if he actually regularly sees him and Burps is lying. There's too many sides to these stories.
