Some people have taken her to court and got their money…Is what she did not criminal activity?? Why hasn't this been reported to the serious fraud unit? Why haven't the women got together and started a class action lawsuit?Sarah and Jason Akwisombe are a danger to our society and should be dealt with accordingly. It's a shame no one will standup to them

are you looking to pursue a refund via small claims court? if so, I'd suggest you contact Scbusiness3 on twitter, she helped most of those who went via SSC, she knows that route well.

So pleased to see this vile woman still being held to account. She should have just refunded everyone and done the right thing and her reputation might still be intact.
Glad people have got money back, but I know from someone who did that Sarah didn't make it easy and tried every typical gaslighty and threatening trick in the book to put her off
I expect people are frightened to speak out if they've received similar treatment.
I hope to god people keep at it or start court claims if they haven't already. Sarah Akwisombe is a disgrace and dangerous to people who fall prey to her dishonesty. Hopefully these threads and the news stories about her mean she will never ever be able to do something like this again, it's just a pity she hasn't got the morals to right her wrongs. Oh well, all this will live on forever on the internet and haunt her for the rest of her days so all's not lost.

They would have probably signed an NDA with settlement.
People have said others have made successful claims though. Surely if they have made a successful small court claim then there’s no reason to sign an NDA because it’s been ruled in their favour?
It depends how the settlement was made. It may be pre-court settlement, it may be settled through court appointed mediation before reaching a judge, we don't know individual cases.
Also remember Sarah Akwisombe scammed a huge number of women, many more than are on these threads too. She was trying to scam a million pounds remember and got a decent way to that before she was caught out.

I believe most were out of court settlements hence the NDA.
I am just wondering if anyone can say that they personally got money returned because I can only seem to find people who “know of someone who did”
