So he left her to go to Pakistan, but also left his children?!

Thank you @willowxxxx that link is great
Yeah. An absolute prince. He leaves his 2nd wife with 4 kids plus 2 step kids. He comes back because his son was ill, if the son needed hospital treatment then there was nobody with Parental Responsibility around to give permission for anything other than emergency treatment. And then he brings his brother over, to do a degree in Portsmouth in 2022 but by August 2023 Faisal is working at McD in Woking...aye mate that degree sounds totally legit just like your brother came to the UK to further his education and ended up working as a taxi driver after stealing almost £2k from McDonald's.
This is a family that think rules are for other people.

Social services absolutely ducked up here. I'm often the person who will defend social workers when other people are baying for blood but they've been involved in this little girls life at least twice for extended periods and had a referral and seemingly didn't act on it.

Off to read all that link now, lots more info than the mainstream news reporting

Some of my thoughts

The brother came to the UK late December 2022 and was already back after Sara's death Aug 2023, so that's 8 months in the UK, although I feel he is 100% jointly responsible for not reporting what was going on, maybe it was a case of he felt indebted to them as he was living in their house, probably here on a fake study visa, so many come to "study" yet go straight into the black economy working and saving/sending money back home etc. I don't think he played a part in the actual abuse, but he must have witnessed it and kept quiet for reasons only he knows and so he definitely deserves a sentence.

Will the jury be told why Beinash refused to give dental impressions?

Another point to add re the uncle, people on international study visas are almost always only allowed to work for 20 hrs a week. They usually do this in a legit job such as Mcdonalds and then will do work on the side such as delivering parcels. Making £££s of undeclared money. Its a total joke tbh.

If this is true it sounds like she had “love bites” (sorry don’t know what other word to use) where she also had the other bite marks which is disturbing especially as they were on the inside of her leg. This just get worse.

I’m very behind but has it been reported that she was sexually abused at all? Just reading between the lines re: bruising and her having to wear a nappy - wasn’t sure if any evidence had been presented she had also gone through that on top of all the other brutality

There hasn’t been any sexual abuse outlined. Also it seems she would have difficulty walking just before she died, which might explain the nappy. Another explanation could be that wearing a nappy irritated the burns she had 😥

I assume the prosecution will ask BB why she didn’t provide the dental impressions. There is absolutely no plausible reason where you’d think it made sense.

She is obviously of the misguided belief that by not providing her dental impressions there is no proof that she was the person who inflicted those bites, however it points to her as the most probable culprit.
Guilty verdicts for all three. Prison is too good for them but hopefully reciprocal justice will be served and they'll be looking over their shoulder every day of what remains of their miserable existence.

There's evidence that she was restrained/kept captive (neighbours hearing doors being rattled, the hoods found by police) and I think we assumed that those were the times she was put in a nappy.

I wonder also if the nappy was a makeshift dressing for the burns? It’s difficult to dress wounds in the sacral area due to the shape of your body and getting soiled when pooping. Poor soul must have been in agony and not able sit or lie comfortably.

Thank you @willowxxxx that link has lots more information. So he's using the defence that he had no idea what was going on as he was at work and never got a chance to ask Sara. If you truly believed your partner was abusing your daughter you would do anything in your power to find out. Obviously we know this is bull, but that defence has so many holes in it. His DNA was on the bat and the pole, BB wasn't. She wouldn't submit dental records, he did. I would like to see what her answer is on not providing those records too. They all had an involvement in Sara's death, unfortunately it wasn't an instant death and that is horrible to hear. Even if the uncle didn't carry out any abuse, he still would've known.

It also states that the school noticed a bruise on her cheek but they had other children to worry about more? Wtf, surely you would ask how they got a bruise if it's in a strange place that they wouldn't normally bruise? So many people failed her and I think if one person just spoke to her she might've opened up.

Just ponder on that sentence for a moment. Horrifying isn't it?

School did ask her how she got the bruises and she gave a different version every time. School made a SS referral. BB was definitely told as three weeks later she lost it at the teacher, then shortly after Sara was removed to be ‘homeschooled’

It really is.. it's scary how many children are going through these things at present.

Ah okay I wasn't aware that the school had referred her. That would explain the sudden home schooled.

It's horrible to think about but she was probably incontinent towards the end due to the spinal cord injuries and the general catastrophic effect of so much torture on her poor little body. Junko Furuta and Sylvia Likens, whose cases bear some similarity to this one, both became incontent towards the end of their lives as a result of the abuse they suffered

The murder of Junko Furuta is the most horrifyingly disturbing case I have ever read. That poor poor girl 😞

It's one of those things, like Unit 731 or the case of Suzanne Capper, where it really made me question my humanity. Certain things, you read about them once and they kind of sear into your brain and you regret it

I bloody hope her wicked sisters face some kind of criminal charge. Not only did they fail to report the abuse on Sara even after receiving photo evidence of her injuries they actually found it funny. Replying LOL to hearing she had been beaten up. That stepmother must come from one twisted family where they all think abusing children is okay or even funny. And they also wouldn’t let her into their house because of her mixed heritage. Absolutely disgusting people, recommending that she just reads the Quran when she said the dad was beating her. I bet they are the most judgemental religious nut jobs who think their holier than thou but in reality they are evil monsters. I truely hope there is a special place in hell for them.

I don’t know what to believe. The jury must be in pieces with this.

I originally thought it was US at fault for the injuries, but the more it goes on the more I wonder if he just chose to turn a blind eye and didn’t know exactly how bad it was.

But then experts testify that Sara would have been in severe pain and not able to move easily.

But then there’s apparently a video of her dancing within 24 hours of her death.

They need to get hold of the (missing) ring doorbell footage to see when he left for work and came back, to see if he genuinely didn’t see the children awake or not.

I can believe that BB lied about Sara having a period and her body changing, but to believe that your daughter needed a nappy?!

If your daughter dies and you suddenly discover your wife is ‘a psycho’, why do you leave the country with her? Why do you ask for an ambulance but never call one?

I think BB blamed Sara’s brother, and US wanted him safely out of the way. This would explain the dental imprints being provided by him.

I just cannot believe that neither he nor his brother had any idea.

I wish Sara’s brother could be spoken to. He could have given the true version, but now he’s been in Pakistan a year with his father’s family, so who knows what they’ve conditioned him to believe to be true now.
---
There’s no way of being sure who did what. I hope the judge gives direction to the jury that all can be culpable of contributing to Sara’s death, but with no actual evidence of who did what it’s going to be a case of unpicking what they have got.
