If mamma isn't showing herself as is totally her right, and I wouldn't expect her to, she certainly shouldn't be showing a child, even if 'only' from the back.

Something about her sets my teeth so on edge. I obviously cannot imagine the heartbreak of losing a child (nor do I want to) but she has a child living who needs her. FR deserves a full and happy childhood, not to be reminded how something “is missing” constantly.

Ah Farrah Rose (and maybe Saoirse) being an IVF baby makes the fact that they were both conceived on 17 April and it being their parents anniversary of meeting makes it a lot less weird/creepy than it seemed from her post at the weekend.

Ah come on, that is the most ridiculous comment. The owner didn’t ask her to post it, it’s not an ad, nor did she repost it. It’s hardly fair that she should lose customers due to who her other customers are or what they do.
The most stupid comment on this whole thread. You wouldn't buy a coffee from the coffee shop for that reason?

I'm always looking for signs of my dad since he passed a robin etc
If it's helps her think Saoirse sent her the feathers that's ok

I unfollowed her, it was tearing me apart watching her posts. A friend watched/saw the post and was really upset by it - I actually wonder is anything sacred and private any more! It seems to have turned into some macabre log of what should be a very private and personal time. Someone needs to have a word in her ear and maybe encourage her to seek support.

Arthur can’t spell his second name , Brian Dowling hubbie posted a pic of the adorable baby every day in her swimsuit on hols ! Mind boggling . Pedos everywhere and he’s publicly showing off his little girl . I can’t understand why any parent couldn’t see the danger .

I feel for her, for them, it’s unthinkable what they’re going through. I find it unnecessary for her to attach superlative identities to her like she was their town’s little saint? The nations child? To be fair, it probably speaks to the mam’s unrelenting grief.

I feel it's worse it's getting fair enough share her own grieving but the little ones it's just awful

FR back with the happy x day messages today, said bye rather than good luck but there's still a bang of "perform for the camera" about it

After Dr Niamh's post above yesterday specifically mentioning we shouldn't be seeing kid's bedrooms on SM, we're treated to seeing FR's bedroom and bedtime story tonight. Wonder if it's on purpose or a coincidence?

I think it could have been a drone or a professional videoing the Hearse. Lots of Families get the Funeral Videoed. I respect everyone elses opinions. But im just heartbroken, we are going through something similar in our family, and we are all documenting absolutely everything.
It appears to be recorded from the passenger seat of the car travelling directly behind the hearse, which typically would belong to the chief mourners / immediate family.

I'm very sorry to hear that about your situation. Presumably you're documenting it for yourselves though, not 137k strangers online.

More mourn porn. She needs to grieve in private now. Posting photos and videos of Saoirse to maintain her following so she appears attractive to brands is just vile.

I will probably get slated for this but they were able to go to a formal black tie event to accept an award and get all dressed up, pose for photos etc but can't go to a christening for their nephew which you would imagine would only mainly have family members in attendance.
Agree plus she made it about her and poor Saoirse that she will be missed etc yes she will but it would have been the nephew’s special day

I followed Eileen after her daughter died , sounds awful now I know. but she shocked me with her toxic positivity, went to a ball in Dublin 6 weeks after she died and was showing off her outfit etc and yes went off to a wedding in Australia leaving behind her poor son who had lost his sister . I just couldn’t relate to her at all . She has a lovely house job husband family etc , can’t understand sharing it all with strangers but they all the same I suppose , sacrificing their children’s privacy for free cinema screenings

The graveside and the little one praying
Followed by a post about a man she met, who was visiting Saoirse's grave. It reads as though he is a stranger, perhaps he isn't, but it's still odd that anyone outside of family would be visiting her grave, especially when he had a bunch of flowers to leave at it.

What's "normal" when you've lost a child? Or "normal" when you've a child with terminal cancer?

Can you really sit with yourself in your judgment of such a vulnerable person who has experienced the worst in life?

Yes, maybe it's not something you would do, or I would do, but why comment.

I really hope for her own sake she doesn't know that this thread exists.

Imagine experiencing the worst pain of your life and having strangers judge you for how you behave when coping with it.
Welcome to Tattle... Anything posted by these people online is fair game, and no one here can say what should and shouldn't be talked about - it's literally in the rules.

I can sit very well with myself.
