Because I'm bored today, I found an article on Samantha from Akoko News which is just a hilarious article:
Freetown, SIERRA LEONE - British philanthropist Sam Walker, also known as Chameleon, teamed up with former national basketball star James Bangura to inaugurate clean drinking water supply systems for over 10,000 people in the Kolleh Town Community within the Freetown Municipality. Access to safe...

Decided to do a little digging into Kroo Bay that was mentioned in the article and there is no mention in papers, anywhere about Sam delivering water. In fact, most articles from 2018 still discuss the poor water, hygiene, sanitation of Kroo Bay. Nothing else.
Now maybe these things don't get reported widely but you would think a white knight bringing clean water to 10,000 people in the slums would create good news stories everywhere. Vice, DailyMail, Liverpool Echo have some explaining to do promoting this moron.
And this isn't even getting into the role of government vs charity in providing basic necessities such as clean drinking water, sanitation, etc. which is lost on Samantha's pea brain.
