I'm sure it was Luke Hersheson who created her "bad bob" hairstyle, the same person who is the author of the book. I really loved her hair back then and can imagine people taking a photo into their own hairdressers as inspiration for a new cut. I wonder why Adrian felt the need to answer for Sali. I'm sure that if Sali no longer used him, his client list wouldn't be effected. Maybe I am missing something.
