What was the response to the LE enquiry? Recently bought her lipsticks and love them. Foundation en route. And I love her engagement with her followers; she or one of her team responds to every query and are super professional. She comes across as a lady. Also her skin is TDF.

I loved the sample when I recently got some lipsticks so my foundation is en route
I’m reading Red magazine and there’s an article about the next big thing in beauty being kindness (which apparently is cool again, according to CEO of Cult Beauty). Beauty Banks is cited as a “prime example” of this 
Kindness applied in certain high spots on my face.

And it's also applicable to free "expert content".
I agree about what SH said in the video about whether what she called "super luxe" products are "worth it". She rather undermined her point though by liking a comment that said something to the effect of "I love your videos but my credit card doesn't".

I think you are right. I always thought she must feel deep shame and mortification wasting everyone's time and getting all these endless freebies for her hair to look so bleeping minging - but you are right - she loves it. Swanning in and out shouting out to reception 'yes that's right - Luke says it's covered. Yes Sali Hughes. Journalist' as bewildered paying plebs think 'what the duck?' and wonder if they should go elsewhere.It does!), only seeing the head colourist/stylist, being fawned over and given the special treatment and then walking out hours later without even putting her hand in her bloody pocket!
