I'm in the mood for a new Hush promo. Miss those examples of excellent content. Hoping Sali gets some more kindly gifted joggers or something soon. Been too long.
Hard agree 🤭 The last one was the Hannibal Lecter jumpsuit I think. Leaping playfully around on logs like a precious little woodland elf. Quality.
However I have a horrible feeling she mentioned it was the last one.

Genuinely perplexed about how she works out who people are on socials and here? Or is she just guessing?

The PA will read it, I doubt it would get to her. Same with a letter.
Also Sali will have read this conversation and got in first with a “freaky Friday part 3” I can just imagine it”I’m good people, Kath!”
I know the publications I worked for, a letter like this would at least get a response.

You make me want to buy it!
Btw why am I still here, how is this possible?!
Jane Cunningham recently road tested the new Chanel £110 foundation which she found to be the best ( I like and trust her opinion, I don’t think she’s a sellout) she’d ever used. I asked her about that and a comparison with Parure and she said they are very similar although the Chanel went on much lighter blended so well and so easily ,
your skin but much much better.

Despite a Tory husband, she is reminding us of how liberal she is by being left of Donald Trump. The bar for being guardian beauty journo is pretty low

It’s more specific than just a 90’s trend it’s the Y2K aesthetic revival, 90’s grunge has been left kinda alone.

“cult classic Dior apricot nail base” is such a cult classic that it hasn’t been mentioned in Ms Hughes’s book on cult classics.

Brass me influenced?
She's very possibly quite a Tory, but that doesn't fit with her narrative. I find it very difficult to believe that something as different as opposing political views make for a good marriage. I'm not sure I could be with someone who didn't understand and agree with the core of my beliefs.

What the hell is going on!? No one ever said she can't stand her kids. In relation to her height someone once said that 5'3 is not particularly tiny relatively speaking. I don't recall anyone saying she was tall

On one of the earlier threads in 2019 someone said that her assistant walked her dog a lot and she has been referred to as the dog walker a few times. That's it
See I didn’t think it was anything that bad. And no one talks about her kids because to her credit she doesn’t seem to put them on socials much.

The other “I’m a cool mum” shoe. I had a right nightmare last time I needed trainers, didn’t want a giant, ugly gen z trainer but don’t want the yummy mummy, cool fashion girl Stan smith either.
I got pastel Air Force ones late last year and have waited for it to stop raining to crack them out. Don’t know if they are cool or not but they are v bouncy. I am loving the 90s throwbacks, I used to live in gazelles and shell toes.

So, a good friend of mine had to have an iron infusion recently because she’s been having these types of symptoms for years, plus low mood abs anxiety. She lost a lot of blood after having her baby more than 7 years ago and had never felt right, she had Covid last year and was really poorly. Anyway, long story short , the specialist she saw basically said that no amount of Iron tablets will replace what she lost and she had to have an infusion which has been a revelation.
Yes, I've heard that this is not uncommon. My anemia was long-standing, but my body was compensating. Apparently it takes a toll. I have bad anxiety too

Yeah but that would require me attempting the herculean task of booking a gp appointment.
There are home testing kits available online.

I went to see my GP (I'm not in the UK) because my hair loss was getting a bit much. I expected the thyroid issue, but I was shocked by the basically undetectable level of vitamin D. Hair loss double whammy. I'm very glad I forced myself to go and get it checked.

to be fair to her she wouldn't have known the person commenting was autistic. If I'd posted a pic of my new barnet on that group and someone said it looked brassy I would have been a bit miffed too.

I don’t imagine she can be happy with it but can’t complain ......because it was a freebie 😁.

Will she really stick with it?

Back in 2019 she posted a picture of herself and her son and someone commented here that they were surprised as she tends to not post about them on her socials like other influencers. During her freaky Friday video that became "they said I would sell my kids for money"
Here is not allowed to quote that time Sali said in print that she would sell her child(ren) to get her hands on “ a product (can’t remember what)”.
When it’s referred to here, it is us saying she would put her kids at risk by selling them or something. Their teachers might read that we said that, perhaps worry about it, maybe tell social services? I’m not sure . Although the teachers could have read iin print-when Sali said it.

Edit clarity
