She isn’t eating properly. She needs to focus on eating over her daily calories plus adding in a lot of protein. You can lift all the weights in the world and still not make progress if you’re cutting calories because your body won’t be able to increase muscle mass. She also doesn’t have good form so isn’t even targeting her glutes (bum) half the time
Does she have a personal trainer? Because if not, with her money I don’t understand why she doesn’t just get somebody to do personalised meal plans and workouts for her so she can actually reach her goals
It always makes me laugh when Saffron succeeds in making people believe that she actually undereats lol. I’ve watched her on and off for years, she has had the same exact body throughout this entire time, despite consistently going to the gym, and eating high protein low cal meals (on camera). The reason she has never seen any body improvements, no muscle growth, no weight loss and the reason she’s constantly editing herself thinner and her bum bigger is because she’s a secret binge eater with terrible form. She also clearly hadn’t realised what workouts work best for her body, and seemingly just does what people with her “ideal body” do, despite not realising that she’s a wide, squat individual due to being riddled with Darrens genetics. That being said, I’ve seen wide, squatty people slim down their bulky legs and grow their glutes, but Saffron has no idea what she’s doing despite having all the available resources.
She needs to work on her mental health and start being honest with her audience. I don’t really know what she gets out of promoting a super restrictive diet, but I assume it’s so people really think that she eats that little. It’s evident that she starves herself throughout the day and then gorges on junk in the evenings. The food she binges on lacks high nutritional value, and has very little protein.
I would feel sorry for her if she wasn’t such a pathetic, irritating lump who promotes unhealthy behaviours to an audience of easily influenced teenagers (I don’t know who on this earth would be influenced by her body but her fans are particularly strange).
