Although she does seem to always be on diets, I don't think they're necessary as damaging to her body as restricting herself from all junk. She still goes out to eat a fair bit - just because she orders broccoli as a side doesn't make it healthy. The most recent diet of hers will be the healthiest where she's been weighing chicken as its been made by a nutritionists who has made it specifically for what her body needs to maintain energy and not restrict itself completely from carbs. When she was talking about how she can still have yogurt and specific other things, those are classed as 'saturated fats' which are bad for you if consumed in bulk but small portions are fine. As opposed to her eating 'bad fats' such as fried food etc. The problem with insta girls and youtube gurus is they always promote diets that are not nutritionist backed, they eliminate all fats from their diet but then wonder why after a week, they give in and consume double of what they would've normally had. Thats because the body needs some fats to survive. Anyway long story short, hopefully this plan for Saffron will fix her problem with food. Personally don't think she has that much of an issue there but I can see how it could spiral quite quickly if she does get more obsessive.
