On you tube 'the karen carpenter interview 1981 anorexia' where she's asked about bein ill- she looks dreadful. She would be dead just two years later. I agree, no one matches the quality of her voice. And also, bit of useless trivia, I read that axl rose is the only singer that,She died at 32 so young ,,they'll never be a voice like that again .

Years ago (oh so many years) I used to go out to an Indie night and the floor would be dead, so I'd literally dance (bounce) around the floor until people joined in.
