If they borrow from the business to pay off the mortgage what does that mean?Looking at it its a loan as its listed as a company asset not as a creditor...... so a £200k loan from the comapny. It could be a transferrable debt from another company they own? Or more than likely to pay off part of mortgage as I imagine its pretty high!
Yes. The reason why most people do Ltd companies is that the bank cannot come after your house as an asset. If you go bang so to speak you are covered. Unless you have put your house as an asset. They might want to say it’s a loan, however it’s murky water. If it’s proved to pay for a mortgage or extension…. Then it’s an asset. Like when people buy cars with company money. Those get taken back as debts. You should never muddy the waters between a company asset and your home. Otherwise you could have it taken off you. Hmrc are ruthless too. Maybe they had some unpaid tax? God knows. But it’s a big jump for that line in their accounts. I’m not a company advisor but it’s not looking pretty! If they borrow from the business to pay off the mortgage what does that mean?
The house becomes a business asset (and in the short term the bank don't take it) but then if they don't pay back the business? Bankruptcy and they lose the house ?
My husband is in better shape and he's 60!!!!I can't understand why Anna recoils when Jonathan goes near her, what's not to like.

What's going on with Jonathan's gut. Has he swallowed a tyre. The nightly glass of wine or 6 habit is catching up by the looks of it.

Don’t they have money in that designer seconds shop, is it luxury promise? They invested in the beginning and it’s done well, as much of a moron J is regarding his child (Edie) I’m sure he would have sought good financial advice , hope so anyway!Jesus they are circling the drain
Surely there's nowhere to go next except declare bankruptcy ?
Yep the majority of the companies have an age recommendation, and it’s older than E2.The amount of skincare E2 owns is obscene
Most adults wouldn't have that much
Surely mixing so many products that aren't suitable for him is going to ruin his skin.
A simple face wash should be enough kids don't need anything else especially when they couldn't tell you what it is or does.
Yeah that skin barrier is going to be absolutely destroyed and will take months to repair once it starts showing. The amount of skincare E2 owns is obscene

They say mild products during puberty. Children just need to be clean and can have basic moisturisers for dry skin if needed (on elbows etc)Yep the majority of the companies have an age recommendation, and it’s older than E2.
E2 is out and they just changed the younger twos school, so 3 of them are no longer there I don't think?if they are so broke why are they not pulling their kids out of that expensive school??
They didn't have many shares in that business to begin with (maybe dating back to 2017?), but they definitely sold them during COVID era as we never hear about Anna's bestie Sabrina anymore.Don’t they have money in that designer seconds shop, is it luxury promise?
