I think she’s unintelligent but mean. She goes along with what people tell her to do but her life choices are very insular, she only cares about herself. It doesn’t seem like she’s had a lot of life adventure which is what often moulds people to be good members of society. She shouldn’t have had children, let alone four of them - she’s not mature enough to help shape the lives of others.
