Eve getting a first has got to sting for her. Eve did it without feigning that she's awake and productive for 20 hours a day, and she put living her life ahead of her academics and her YouTube. Ruby can't say the same thing.

  • Is she an idiot? In the summer I have to get up early if I want to go for a run because it doesn't cool down enough until much later, like 9 or 10pm, I feel like this is the kind of thing you should be looking up rather than just going on a run and finding that it's really hot and maybe take some water if you still want to go. But from her vlog, Ruby's runs look very fractured and bitty anyway so hopefully she's not really doing enough to actually harm herself
  • Love that Mother Granger is now inventing fake hobbies and telling Ruby about them to see if she does it - cloudbathing, tick
  • Ruby's schoolmistress attitude towards her dog continues to be grating - Lola clearly letting out energy is "silly" and then Ruby says her name in a stern way. Later, poor Lola is clearly trying to cool down on the sofa and gets pushed out of "Ruby's spot" so she can watch ten minutes of a children's show
  • So much "we like", "we did this" - I know enmeshment is a strong and inaccurate word but Ruby seems to be doing less and less alone, she's merging her activities more and more around her parents
  • That's definitely not 12 year old Ruby in the tie photo because the fringe is grown out
  • She's only been using that exfoliator for five days I think she said but you're definitely not supposed to exfoliate every day
  • She definitely doesn't need to be taking vitamin D in the summer, if you spend even a tiny amount of time outside in the spring/summer you should get your daily recommended dose of vitamin D because there's plenty of sunlight
  • Ruby premakes her breakfast even though she has infinite time in the morning to do it - prodocktive
I know it's more personal but the "we" thing, my aunt does the same for everything, more and more with the years ( and eat almost nothing too, has a rather poor hygiene as well, while being sure she is hard working and efficient, when she only find excuses to do nothing, not speaking correctly ) . And she never lived without her parents ( now her brother had to keep an eye on her and I do that too since I returned in the same city). She only does things mommy approved, cooks meals mom liked, watches shoes mom used to love. And her favourite sentences always starts by " Mom always said that..." or "WE like it like that" ( when you say her she could do differently ). I'm afraid that Ruby will end like her, living all her life with her parents util they died, regressing to the point she won't even be able to pick a serie without asking herself if mom ( because she's obviously closer to her mom) would like it.

I saw that aging and damn it's not pretty ! I hope Ruby will see a professional.

I had some chocolate now just like Ruby in her last video. :D But I had two pieces. And I put the whole piece in my mouth. I can’t just nibble on a chunk.

Did you wave the second piece about? I'm not sure if it counts otherwise 😅

Anyone else reckon that she’s absolutely writhing at the fact that Eve Bennett got an equally high first (at Oxford), and in her results video mentions how she managed to do it while also maintaining a social life and other things? Just seems like Eve really did uni the right way and got her head on straight and was well rewarded for it, and is rightfully happy with her grades, whereas Ruby spent the whole time aiming for perfection only to be ‘slapped in the face’ with what anyone else would be ecstatic with.
I love Eve Bennett, and the difference in attitude/maturity levels between her and Ruby in her results video are glaring lol

Are they really limited? How do you know? 😮 Isn't it supposed to say ‘comments on this post have been limited’ when they are limited??
it says it on my instagram view! at first i thought it was just her birthday post for her sister but it’s quite a few before that too. pretty sure i’m not blocked either, as i don’t follow her and have never commented

I mean, I would eat an olive exactly (AXACTLY) the same way. I don't like them. They taste like ... I can't even describe how they taste to me.

watching a children's TV show is okay, I think. I do it too sometimes. Not only old ones I used to watch but also Netflix shows which are aimed at children, but are educational at the same time (there is an Australian one about koalas and a vet and her family, especially the 12ish year old daughter, who rescue them and later put them back into the wild. It's so cute and lovely to see the koalas). Just chilling on the sofa, knitting in hand, some cosy show for kids just to stop the mind spinning and spiralling because of the world. But if I had a dog or cat, I would let them be when they want to sleep in their favourite spot. I would sit next to the pet (if allowed! you never know with animals).
But other than Ruby, I also watch adult's shows and read books for adults (the occasional children's book is okay. it's like with children's TV, you sometimes need something light).
I think the problem is that it's not an isolated thing with Ruby. She does it with every food she eats in this video.

The tiny wedge of cheese, the small square of chocolate, the olive, the half a mini donut. They're all very small pieces of food that could be eaten in one bite (two in the case if the donut half) if she were eating normally, but she drags it out with numerous tiny little nibbles.

She eats everything like that now. I don't know if she's trying to trick her brain into thinking she's eating more than she is by chewing tiny bites of incredibly small pieces of food for far longer than necessary, but it's definitely not normal to eat all foods like that.

Same with TV/books - it wouldn't be worth mentioning if she sat down with the occasional kids' show or book in amongst more varied literature and TV, but she exclusively reads/watches things aimed at young children and clearly skims through anything else or just pretends to have read it.

I follow her and it doesn’t say that on mine, so maybe she’s limited comments to followers only.

Same. It seems that only followers can comment.
I follow her and can’t comment. Although tbf I think she may have me on some weird sort of restrictions as she banned me from one of her live streams about 4 years ago and I’ve not been able to see any of her stories since.

Long time lurker here, I finally decided to create an account, so I could join your conversation.
Does anyone else thinks she looks completely disgusted in this pic? Like she's about to gag or something? How can someone look disgusted when eating chocolate?
She's getting weirder and weirder everyday.

Nothing, it was when I first discovered her and I knew nothing about her so I asked if she was a tory and her ops on brexit on one of her live streams and she straight up blocked me off her live and since then I’ve not been able to see her stories either 🥴. There were a few people fully trolling her though so I guess she thought I was taking the piss, but I was genuinely curious 😭

And - big shock - it's someone who kinda looks and sounds like Ruby singing all about longing for the days of childhood. No wonder she loves it.

Between this, her latest Insta post with quotes about looking to the past and never the future, the renewed interest in kids' shows and todays "work" space...

...the child's school desk which she inexplicably owns and keeps full of infantile stuff (now accessorised with cobweb-covered stars and a horrifyingly grotty mug):

...She really just dived head first into childhood the second she graduated.
