My thoughts exactly! Because I refuse to believe she has written more than 70.000 words overall, which she would have if she has written out seven full drafts... that would be almost as long as the first Harry Potter book, I think... That would be a ridiculous amount of work, and a truly bizarre waste of time, surely not even Ruby would be stupid enough to do this??
7 drafts of her UG dissertation is nearly the same number of words as my eventual PhD Thesis (80,000). Good Lord, Measles Mumps and Rubella, that is not the way to do it.

I assume seven drafts means, that she wrote out the thesis once, and then edited it partially or completely six times after that. She likely saved each version as a new draft.

Yes, but even so, this is total busywork. A simpler method would be to write a chapter draft until you're more or less happy with it, get feedback on it from your supervisor (depending on what you're allowed to do) and make your edits. Then combine all the chapters into the whole as a final draft and make any further edits. I see no reason to do this multiple times.

Exactly this. The thought of writing out multiple versions of my MLitt dissertation fills me with actual dread. Like, I love the topic I wrote it on (that's why I've adapted it to continue to PhD) but please God no.

But we all know Rueben Sandwich loves inane tasks that don't actually accomplish anything. So I guess we're just different people.

I can't wait to see her do a masters :ROFLMAO:

sounds perfect for roobee to begin with, but then she realises that she's completely on her own and has a breakdown
Seriously this is one of the things a dissertation is most useful for imo - figuring out that a masters might not be a good idea for you. (I didn't enjoy the process at all and that helped me decide not to continue studying).

I don't think Ruby is going to understand this though, at all. StudyTube glamorises the struggle and the pain of university, like it's a badge of honour. Going through another year of studying (at least) when you struggle with it is just more clout in that light.

Since I can only "enjoy" glimpses of the Rooby-Booby experience via Tattle and other idiots' ehm influencers' Instagram I just saw her in attending the event via Jade's story. I am shocked to admit that I genuinely enjoy her outfit. (I mean, do you see the shoes?)

Ruby has zero confidence in herself as a writer AND she puts a ridiculous amount of pressure on herself, only a high first is good enough for her. All of that and a malnourished brain in a starving body = not a good look!

Ruby looks so frail in that picture. The jacket is way too big for her - I get the impression she likes wearing stuff like that because it makes her look smaller?

I'd say she looks like a kid borrowing her mum's clothes, but she has said she does share a lot of clothes with her mum, which probably explains why she looks like a middle-aged Tory councillor any time she tries to dress in something approaching formalwear.

pls jack would be so much more bearable if he stopped hanging around the toxic twosome
He never sees either of them unless it's for a scheduled management-organised event of some kind every six to twelve months though. He's an insufferable douche all on his own.

So much wrong with this picture.

"Study break"? So...work events are study breaks now?

The poses and expressions. The mannequins behind them are doing a better job convincing me they're having a good time, plus they have more personality.

Why are Ruby's shoes so big? This is some Kingdom Hearts tit.

Why did Ruby just dump her phone on the ground and is about to tread all over it in her giant clown shoes?

Why are they all saying everything's the "dreamiest" now?

Ah, management-mandated friendship, my favourite

Soon they'll be timing their sleeps to the Pomodoro method - five minutes every twenty-five minutes, no more no less
