I got a refund for ours - the final straw was when it was moved to mid week, when we were having to travel from the Midlands to Newcastle anyway. That and CRW is an unbearable cow.

I can't see how she gets away with all the moaning about how hard she works when her Mum used to be a nurse so knows what hard work is really like. You'd think she'd bring her back down to reality - maybe she enjoys the freebies and nice holidays too much though so she lets Rosie's awful personality slip by. Her sister and brother both work normal jobs too - I'd love to be a fly on the wall to find out what they really think of her!
