I don’t really understand why she’s weight training when she said her main goal was to lose weight?? Normally you do cardio for weight loss, weight training is when you want to bulk up which by all means is absolutely great but she clearly aint done her research properly cause she’s targeting the complete wrong areas pahaLol soz but it’s the faces she’s pulling for me, what she doing weights for? LOL that’s exactly what I thought. I don’t get why she’s doing weights like she’s tryna get more butch. She needs cardio for the weight lost I don’t think she’s okay mentally actually sad to watch
good for toning but she should just get a gym membership 
She could also TAKE HER DOGS ON A WALK. I don’t think she realises that’s cardio and she could drop loads just from actually walking.
