Anyone fancy living in a Ladybird Book Fairytale house (only spoiled by a weirdly modern bathroom)? BYO spinning wheel

Gives me the shudders and I’m usually up for stuff like that. And so odd having the completely out of character bathroom.

So I got a bit bored while my baby naps and created a compilation of our dream property (hope no one takes offence it’s just a bit of fun)

sort after location
Low maintenance garden
Original features
Spacious family lounge
Possibly a kitchen / wheelie bin storage area
Sweeping stair case
Main bathroom in need of modernising
Mesazzine master suite with en-suite with clever use of space
Two generous guest bedrooms
Viewing essential
Looks like something that was built on Minecraft!

I feel like the owner is some kind of musician and plays little gigs in the main reception room (hence the disco lights!)

Also did you note the 'vendor is leaving furniture and white goods. This is non negotiable' - I've never seen that before (certainly not re furniture being left like it or not! I suppose on the plus side there isn't that much furniture 😂 )
Ohhh it's sold STC lol

that sounds ideal! like in a jacuzzi, why is this not more common?!

only for rent but I would love to have a communal pool
I've never understood why rental communities with these facilities aren't more common in the UK. In the US it's common to have big rental communities with pool, gym etc. No need to worry about the landlord deciding to move back in to their property or sell it on, m

Looks like a SIM designed house!

The garden is too small for a house like that.

Looking at other listings. Never seen Feng-Shui mentioned before.

"An extremely rare opportunity to own one of 3 Regents Park, John Nash ( Buckingham Palace architect) Townhouses. The grand front door faces south-east, the house number for Feng-Shui purposes has the meaning of the beginning, the origin, and the whole. The building itself is presently having the exterior repainted, meaning it will be pristine for..."

Original property bought for £95k, admittedly needed a lot of cleaning up, but not sure a converted church is worth £3.7million now? Imagine how much it will cost to heat that massive space this coming winter!

This is stunning! Where did you find out that it was bought for £95k before? I’d love to see photos from the pre restoration sale! 😍

This is not far from me. Would be very interesting to see this converted to a house but it’s in the middle of a massive forest, on a hill, with no road 😳 only accessible on foot, but don’t worry there is a parking lay by at the bottom 😂

Wrote my comment before I saw this! Do you know why it’s not owned as part of the rest of the castle estate? Assuming that’s what the rest of the land is
I don't, I'm afraid - saw the stuff about the access on Unique Property Bulletin's Facebook page.
