I don't dislike it but I have to say I find the proportions totally out of whack. The ceilings are way to low for that type of wallpaper or colour scheme.
And that living room / kitchen is just way too big to be one room.

Love the silver tile tbh haha.

Also looks like the agent oversaturated the pics a bit which makes it worse.

The estate agents often over-brighten and sharpen them too, plus the ridiculous use of a wide-angle lens to make the rooms look bigger ain’t fooling no-one.

Why have they turned the 'Orangerie' into a living room? That should be full of plants!
They've turned the dining room into a sitting room too! Why? Two sitting rooms, the table crammed awkwardly into the kitchen and then the swimming pool turned into yet another sitting area. 🤯

But seriously.. I just thought, what an amazing burglar deterrent this would be. Imagine breaking into a house and coming face to face with that 😭 I might get one myself 😂😂
I've found this thread today and been working my way through and I'm really confused about this! Have they taken a pic off the listing or something as I can't see what's being referred to?!

I’ve never heard of a “Party Barn” before sounds fun!

That’s what i picture a country estate to look like. I loved the gardens.

Purple ceiling in the kitchen … and do I see red carpet in the bathroom ? (Beneath the bath on blocks!)

Seen a lot of houses on right move being sold by Purple Bricks - how does that work? There must be a fee somewhere?

All very normal until you get to picture 15...

Fantastic, and I'm not even that much of a fan of HP!

I like the bath but bet the garden would be the size of a postage stamp.
Reading through, it still has its mews house in the street behind, so the garden will be everything between the two buildings and probably fairly sizeable for that area.

Dammit, I knew I should have married divorced an arms dealer 😄

Thought this was a ghostly apparition at first but he's in three of the pics 😄

I can see him on two. Maybe it’s a standard picture they Photoshop in.

Nice to see that these photos haven’t been over-brightened or sharpened. It’s a lot of house! - an amazing amount of money.

Lol is it really as rough as you are making out G+T?

P.s I’m glad to see you around and that your love for Mr Hancock has not diminished despite the passing of time.
