This is everything I dream of
Only accessible by foot or boat, I could live here happily with a pack of dogs and be happy forever.
I love it too - make them an offer, they've been trying to shift it for years! (if you look at the date on the land plan drawn by the selling agent in the final photo, it's 28th September 2018).

Location is amazing but living space is very poorly designed, lots of poky bedrooms

That one has been hanging around for years - there's no access roads so you can only get there by boat. Bands were dropped off and told to record something good before being picked up again!

How would you get your Tesco foodshop or Amazon parcels delivered?!

It's probably a right pain as well trying to get any tradesmen to work there if you have to pick them up by boat every time!

Big shop at Tesco?
Thing of the past living there, be fishing in the river and foraging in the woods for my tea 😂

Should we tidy up for the Estate Agents pictures ? Nah hun, duck it … 🙈

I'm itchy just looking at this !

That's incredible. It's a decent enough house, but either lacking in storage or they're just hoarders.
Saying that, a friend of mine bought a house in a similar state. Got loads off the asking price, but took ages for the tenants to move out. Basically had to be served an eviction notice. They then left tons of their cr@p behind.

I’m wondering if they have to move out because of financial difficulty and are trying to make it undesirable?
