The difference in estate agent photos always surprises me. When we sold ours we had one estate agent assure us they had professional photographers come and do the photos and not just them pointing their disposable Kodak about the place. I really took that for granted as all the places round here are like that - and they literally come and help to stage the rooms to get the best photos.You can get similar views in the Greenock area with the benefit of being a hop, skip and jump to Glasgow. What gets me is when people don't tidy up or move things that are clearly out of place?Do you ever think the estate agents hate the vendor? Some of the photos I’ve seen lately are awful.

Anyway, it’s nice to know that if you stand in the office of this house you can see the toilet down the hall?
I saw a house the other day that had a washing basket of clean washing (it'd all been folded) on the bed in the master bedroom. Every other piece of furniture, the floor, the cabinets etc. was very minimal and immaculate. And another that had a dirty mug and plate on the counter of an otherwise beautifully clean kitchen - why wasn't it put in the sink before the photos were taken? Why wouldn't you put that washing basket in the airing cupboard, or put it away before the EA came round? Or as the EA, just move it behind you when taking the picture?
