Yes we were, she was very careful on Instagram to make it look like she hadn’t been breaking any rules but she definitely was.

I know this isn’t a thread about her but she does work for Rhitrition so Rhiannon is allowing this to represent her clinic - but omg this is so shocking.
I’m sorry, I actually cannot. Sick/painful/nasty to see. Urgh! 🤮🤮🤮
The way she’s heading, there soon will be a thread about her. Sophie and your “healthy kitchen” please luv…stop it. You should know that what you are doing could be so triggering to a LOT if your potential clients.
In fact, I’m going to raise this with her governing body. This is NOT acting responsibly in the public. I think the should crack down on this…it’s on a “professional…” page, fairly regular, and when photos are edited to look even more skeletal…just no!

I think it’s a bit of a risky business associating your pregnancy/baby with your brand so heavily. Statistically, one of these health insta huns is one day going to have a negative experience whether that’s a loss or a birth that doesn’t go to plan. Then not only are they going to be devastated, it will impact their business too, as they’ve sold themselves as having amazing pregnancies due to their diet/exercise routines.

I can’t see why she needs to state specifically that it’s a breast feed within that little routine she’s typed up as well... just put feed? It comes across very smug.
Not to mention the inclusion of ‘breast feed (BF)’ just incase we plebs are too thick to have worked out what it meant.

I’ve no doubt that she couldn’t wait to start weaning because she sees it as a way to expand her brand, I’d put money on her releasing a weaning book or a book on children’s nutrition. As much as she likes to say that ‘just because it’s worked for her doesn’t mean it will work for everybody’, I feel like this is all gearing up towards her bringing out a book.
She’s so sneaky with her ads I’m surprised no one seems to call her out on it, or they do and she just deletes those comments.

Rhi just wants to be famous, always has done so she’ll use anything to get there. The singing didn’t work out, the nutrition stuff has done quite well for her and now she wants to be an insta mum. I bet she’s love to get on an episode of happy mum happy baby and be accepted into the insta mum elite with gi Fletcher etc.

My little boy is same age as Zachary and has been saying words for months now, his vocab grows every day. He says yes, no, colours, mamma, dadda, happy, car, cheese, toast, choo choo, makes animal sounds and can understand so much of what we say to him. And guess what? He watches telly every day! 🤣
Zachary will be addressing the UN soon. He’s super advanced, remember!

I don’t understand why everyone on Instagram needs people to come and tidy up for them! It doesn’t take a genius to clear out a cupboard and put things into jars (although why everything needs to be put into jars and baskets is beyond me!)

She makes me want to slap her with a large wet haddock. Smug, patronising, disingenuous brat. Wonder if the ASA have been in touch with her yet. I’m being kept as busy as she is with her full on life, reporting her “hidden” ads. She’s a disgrace to her industry.
She would probably retaliate by lecturing you on the nutritional value of the haddock in her typical, condescending tone.

So she is now hiring for someone to do all areas of the business.. so like… a personal assistant. Except she doesn’t call it that. How can you ask people of apply for a job via Instagram with no job title or actual job description and then complain about the lack of quality of applicants.
This fills me with dread. What’s the job description, the responsibilities, is there a clear line between working for Rhi as an individual or as a business? Being an assistant for a nutrition clinic is not the same as working on podcasts and ‘secret projects’ so has the recruitment process been adapted for these changes, and is the pay going to be a fair reflection of all of this?
I’m not opposed to people being recruited through social media, it’s quite common for some of my friends in creative industries, but this has got employment tribunal written all over it

Great, thanks! I wanted to report her honeymoon because she was obviously gifted that stay but she didn’t disclose any discount, etc.
Her honeymoon was her most blatant abuse of the rules. She is so so shady and it’s bang out of order!

Her content is so boring! It’s so samey and dull. Just crap recipe after recipe and regurgitated facts. And she’s always got something exciting coming, but it never does……
Also her son, I mean, she shares him so much and there are some proper weirdos out there. Everyone knows where she lives by now. The world is a scary place. Protect your kids whilst they can’t protect themselves, instead of selling their souls and identities on the internet

This might sound harsh but I don't really have sympathy for people who try to live the life they had before a baby and then complain about how tired they are and how little time they have.

She did not need to go back to work so soon after Z, she could have taken some decent maternity leave and focused on looking after them both - it looks like she needs it as much as him at the moment. She's in such a privileged position where her clinic will run without her constant input, and there are plenty of podcast episodes already out there, she didn't need to obsessively add to that library while her baby was so young. The world won't stop turning if we don't hear your thoughts on gluten this week. Take some real time out, get off Insta and enjoy some peace and quiet with your lovely little boy.
I agree with this. Also, sorry if this is controversial but isn’t her husband a stockbroker? Admittedly I do not know if his job has been affected by the pandemic but his salary should allow her to have taken a 2-3 months off work at least and just focus on looking after baby and herself.

Babies are such clever little things - her boy will already be soaking up the weird regimented approach to food and how tense she is about it. Food shouldn't be a box-ticking activity! Especially at his age, it's about experimenting and having fun and eventually helping him understand how to feed himself. Food before one is just for fun, so why is she treating it like a military exercise? He will be taking all of it on board and will likely start to see mealtimes as stressful and tense. Wonder how she will react to that.

Oh god , she's standing , breastfeeding on a street corner now ....I breastfed all 3 of mine ( for total of 5 years ) and never felt the need to get my norks out on the street....might have caused an accident 😂
I got caught out a few times while out with my son when I was breastfeeding. I sat on a curb side and fed him discreetly. I did not stand up for attention or use it as an insta opportunity.

I’m no expert on breastfeeding so I’m happy to be corrected but I’m assuming that while you are breastfeeding you should be eating more than normal kind of like when you are pregnant. Add in to that all the working out she has been doing she really needs to be to eating more. She didn’t really gain any weight whilst she was pregnant so any weight loss now is really unnecessary. As a nutritionist who apparently specialises in pre and post natal nutrition surely she understands this? She is setting a very unhealthy example imo.
They suggest an extra 500 calories a day, roughly. Obviously it will vary between individuals. Considering the type of meals she makes, that's probably a whole extra meal she should be including in her day.

I've been breastfeeding for 5 months and it makes me ravenous! In the early days I would wake up in the night, eat a Kit Kat Chunky and then go back to sleep! Makes me cringe thinking back 🤣

Oh here we go with her entering the baby feeding arena. What pearls of wisdom is she going to give us I wonder.
Surely with the amount of z list celebs announcing pregnancies this market is going to reach saturation soon 🙄

Using your feeding story to sell stuff really annoys me. It’s such a sensitive subject for so many women, the least you can do is be completely authentic. To use it to sell a bottle via a company known for getting vulnerable women into debt is low. Particularly when one of the main advantages of breastfeeding is that it’s free. (I know that’s not quite true, no way could I have done it without shields but I don’t think you should take payment to sell a particular brand on a subject like this. If something really worked for you then tell people for free without monetising).
