How is she constantly getting away with selling Disney inspired merch with Disney Characters on it or theme park properties? Surely Disney knows and would of send her a cease and desist by now.

I was asked to comment over here by @Love_the_kitz about LBV...here was what i wrote over on the Tracker thread:
There is no thread for LBV, so sorry for the OT...just an FYI - Maria does not sew or "craft", and they purchased those "super comfy" masks from a factory. Same as the scrunchies, and the recent addition of jewelry they added to their Etsy shop. You can search those items & purchase them on Amazon. Most of their shirt designs are artwork they straight up stole from the internet & printed on their shirts or took clipart & pieced together "art" to print. See Cars Rusteze shirt, Winnie the Pooh characters, Star Wars millennium falcon, etc. She is playing with fire taking endorsements from Thomas Kinkade & ShopHarveys when they are actually licensed & she is not, yet putting her Etsy shop in the spotlight. (I will not dox myself, but I have a licensing background). Just sayin'. Carry on.

To add to this - Maria has a background in tv/media. She is the ultimate sales person. She uses her media background to do their livestreams to sell the mit out of their shop. You can believe whatever anyone claims, but always do so with a grain of salt. Disney & any other licensor doesn't just let you use their license for free. If you have seen anything about Etsy in the recent months, they have gone beyond their original plans of selling handmade goods & have been letting anyone sell anything on their platform. This includes manufactured goods, which LBV has been selling for quite a while, but putting under the section of "Handmade", because Etsy only has a few choices to choose from, which are only "Handmade" "Vintage" or "Supply". I'm sure they are probably nice people, but always keep in mind that people are also trying to make buck any which way they can.

My biggest gripe and the reason I dont watch their videos is the constant pushing of merch every 5 mins and also talking to her followers like they are 10 years old - it's super annoying.

They are not licensed! It looks to me like they're itching to get sued! Pretty sure it's illegal to use celebrities to market your products, especially by Photoshopping them wearing your merchandise.

I would be very very shocked if they actually had a license - from what I have been told it's extremely difficult to get a license from Disney - I have a friend who is an artist who has done some Disney pieces in a couple of their charity things and even he wasn't able to get permission to do anything else ever.

They are selling stuff on the WhatNot app. It's basically Ebay, but live. She came on talking smack about Ebay sellers, but she is doing the same thing, selling stuff with price tags on it. Letting everyone know how rare the stuff is. She gets free Influencer things from Vera Bradley and she sold those too. She is selling everything because "her husband said she had to" in order to make room for a new storage area for her shirts. What's really shady is that she is selling her own merchandise on here and people are paying 20 dollars more than if they bought from her website. It's insane. She belongs on Home Shopping Network.

Curious. I just looked up whatnot and found the Disney section. Some dude selling pins, couldn't get past his dirty fingernails as he held a pin for bidding... I'm out. Not like I was about to buy anything I don't need anyway.

You have to have a tough stomach to participate in those live auctions. Maria tries to have a polished look, but I find her very off putting.

Why is Josh even in Disney tonight when he has been with Jenna who has Covid? It’s unbelievable how selfish they are! And when the parents first tested positive they should have stayed out of the parks because they have all been hanging around together!

Some people were asking on one of the last streams why Jenna all of a sudden had a mask on inside. Well, now we all know why! She knowingly spread covid while at the parks and she didn’t even keep her mask on outside!

maybe i’m still just angry and sad about what happened yesterday but this greedy jackass is streaming tonight from animal kingdom. did the (meaningless) moment of silence at the beginning of the stream and then instructs everyone that they’re not talking about it anymore. trust me i get the whole escapism thing and sometimes we need to disconnect from the news to protect ourselves mentally. but not 10-15 minutes later the “very generous” paypals start coming in. i feel like the very least he could do is donate his superchats and whatever to a charity.

He must realize a good part of the reason people watch him is he is a teacher. People trust teachers (for sanity sake we have to since they're watching over our kids). People will, and do make a connection between him and the position he's in when we hear about school violence. They'll want to support him in similar way they support people who are in difficult jobs (such as firefighters, nurses etc). His job is not difficult, nor is he risking his life in it... but that connection will be there in their minds. That's why he's out there tonight live streaming.

I feel it's insensitive for him to be out there live streaming today, even if it were a charity effort. IMHO, he shoud wait a few days at the very least.

Heard Joshs ad for the new realtor and saw 2 comments asking about what happened to Victor Noracki. Both were immediately deleted. For someone who is so "transparent" he has an awful lot of secrets.....

Disney always invites the big players and then a few vloggers/streamers du jour to their events. Josh is riding high now, but he’ll get tossed aside just like Super Enthused, Mr. Morrow, and Dev.

My guess is that he kept bugging his media rep and they sent out a couple invites to shut him up. Everyone who was mildly popular got an invitation to the Starcruiser thing. He only got a slice of the experience. If he was anybody, then they would have been invited to the full two days. It was probably an intern randomly sending out invites that put him on the list. He’ll get invited for a few more events and then nothing.

But it’s Josh being Josh - bragging about nothing. I wouldn’t wear that as a badge of honor or that Disney “approves” of what he’s doing. Disney has their hands full with a lot of behind the scenes turmoil; they’re not paying attention to bumpkin Josh taking in a few hundred dollars on a random night.

My wife and I turned on their live stream this evening and while Josh was on Winnie the Pooh, he started having a meltdown over the smell of pot. He said that it smelled like the concert that he was at last night, which was Paul McCartney. We were also there and it sure did smell like pot... because it's a concert. He got off the ride vehicle like a narc and complained to the cast member. Lt. Nelson on patrol. Good grief.

Josh’s annual pass is a pittance compared to what people on vacation have to pay! His measly $1,000 a year versus about $120 a day for holidaymakers is outrageous! People on vacation pay more for their 1-2 week tickets than he pays for the whole year!

I have just got back from Disneyland Paris and a hotel and park ticket package for 3 adults for 5 days was only €1,600! And resort guests are guaranteed park entry with no need for reservations (really don’t know why WDW doesn’t do this).

And Tokyo Disney has been limiting passholder entry through a lottery system!

It baffles me why Disney World passholders think they are entitled to so much more than any other Disney passholders around the world get.
