I’m so glad I’ve found this thread. I’m starting to feel like I’m the only one who thinks this way.

I will not be taking the vaccine. I am not concerned about covid whatsoever and I never have been. I’ve tried to carry on my life as normally as possible. I was offered this vaccine when I was pregnant. I can’t believe anyone would take such a risk! Our immune systems are incredible! You cannot inject health!

Dont let anybody pressurise you , you know whats right for yourself x

No you are not putting them at risk. You would know if you were unwell and you would stay away from people. No matter what the media says. They are vaccinated arent they? or whats the point ? x Actual illness yes thats a worry. cases not so much. Probably everybody have a go at me now but thats ok i dont care and i wont be changing my mind. Take care you two you know whats right your soul will tell you x
Thank you.
Any advice on coping with the anxiety seeing over 30,000 cases a day, and having a child in education who could catch it and infect you? This is where my friends say its my own risk to not vaccinate myself so I can’t worry. 😳

I like this tread, I’ve seen so many that just bully anyone with opposing views.
I vaccinated my child- they are disabled, medically complex and don’t have capacity. I took advice from health professionals pushing the vaccine and wish I’d gone with my gut. 12 hours post vaccine the side effects were awful. It’s caused a massive increase in seizures and took 6 weeks to fully recover. Worst thing was the guilt that I had knowingly put my child through this. They were so sick for 3 days it was terrifying and we’ve been through some tough times.
At the time of vaccination my child was 17.
Four days after the vaccine I got a letter from NHS England saying all 16-17 yr olds with long term health conditions should only receive the Pfizer- my child was given the Astra Zeneca. The team involved have closed the wagons. I’m now in a complaints/ legal case around why this happened and how the GP practice gave them the wrong vaccine. They can’t have a second dose- I have emails from AstraZeneca- and they can’t have the Pfizer. Contrary to the claims in the media, the drug companies have stated we can not mix the vaccines. His own specialists have told me to go ahead with the second dose when the drug company have said to not!!
ive been called a liar and anti-vax but this is all true with evidence. All my children have had their childhood vaccines but I had doubts about this one and wish I hadn’t put my child through this. I’m not having the vaccine after this, plus I have antibodies which have been tested for twice so don’t a reason to.

This came up on my emails yesterday and thought I would share it here. Already shared it on the CT thread. I honestly couldn't believe it when I saw it! This is from the government themselves!

I am so sorry this has happened. breaks my heart to keep hearing the same stories over and over.

As most of us "anti-vaxers" (I prefer ex-vaxers) have found out once you are vaccine injured, no one wants to know, no one believes you and you are just labelled as a crazy conspiracy theorist. This is when you find out that many were not so crazy after all.

All i can say is cases do not always mean that the people are symptomatically ill. If somebody is symptomatically ill you would know because they would be displaying symptoms. Do you remember at the beginning chris witty himself said that the majority of people would only have a mild illness or not know that they have it at all? he said it in one of the briefings. Also you dont even know if you have been in contact with it and that you havent got antibodies. The media have forgotten that there is such thing as natural immunity and we dont know who has it or not. Im not telling you what to do , but those are the things i remind myself of when i get worried. Im not sure how you go about getting an antibodies test , maybe you could look into it if you are still concerned. I dont blame you being scared the endless death numbers and constant pressure has been horrendous. Unfortunately vaccinated can still catch it , but will be expected to have a milder illness. Whos to say if you did catch it that you wouldnt get a mild illness anyway ?x

I wouldn’t say I’ve ‘refused’ to have it, having it is an inconvenience I don’t have time for.
I had coronavirus pretty bad last year, but I’m still willing to take my chances.

just one more point chinesealan your friends sound like they are bullying you. If they have vaccinated themselves its not really their business what you want to put into your body or not. Some people just cant take the vaccine and thats that. x

The worst thing is our story is not an isolated incident.
It’s definitely shaken my faith in the NHS. I was trained by them, they’ve saved my child’s life on a number of occasions and I’ve always been proud to support them. Till now.
Im not a covid denier- I’ve had it. I don’t believe Bill Gates is an evil megalomaniac injecting us with nanotechnology that’s activated by 5G but what’s happened, the pushing, the coercion to vaccinate, the division, is making me question it all.

Thank you. At 42 could I be a symptomatic with covid? I thought only young people were. I’m classing myself as old here aren’t I 😂

Thank you for your reply, it made me emotional and reassured. I have such bad anxiety about getting covid.

Youre right about my friends, it upsets me so much they says I can’t worry if I won’t vaccinate myself 😞

Sneaky 👀
Is this what counts as informed consent now? Having to search things out, or rely on seeing what people are sharing. These are children's and young people's lives and should be updated by the TV doctors and news channels

I'm not sure how this is sneaky. They hand you this information when you go to get your vaccine - it was a list of potential side effects, including the extremely rare ones. Its just been updated recently to contain an additional potential side effect.

Handing you the info as you get a vaccination is way way too late. This is not like other meds where you can stop if you get the side effects. People may have a family history that if they had known this risk they would not have that particular vaccine.

I mentioned on the previous thread that I’m currently pregnant but will not be having the vaccine (still undecided if I want it after birth). I keep getting letters to book it despite opting out online. The midwife also asks me at every appointment so next time I may just say I’ve booked it to avoid more questions.
I’m quite relaxed about the mask wearing and distancing coming to an end too. Perhaps because I had covid in December, followed all the rules regarding masks etc and still managed to catch it (have no idea where or how). Luckily I wasn’t unwell at all just had usual winter cold like symptoms.
I have a few pregnant friends who are very nervous about life going back to “normal”. Makes me sad to think the media and government has installed all this fear into so many …

They give you a card with a list of possible side effects before you receive the vaccine. They also ask if you've reacted to any vaccines in the past and a bunch of other questions. You then get some time to read the card. They then ask you if you've had sufficient time to read the card and if you have any questions about any of it. You then get asked again when you actually go and sit down just before they inject you.

If you decide after reading the possible side effects that you don't want the vaccine, you can say so and leave.
