Is she being serious?? What is the dinosaur stage!? Basically, her child is interested in dinosaurs with that logic there would be literally thousands of "stages", the cars stage, the doll stage, the Lego stage, the colouring stage! Does someone need to explain to her that different people like different things- it's not a stage!!!
She's still mentally and emotionally a child herself, "marvelling" at finding out about dinosaurs and "obsessing" about people finding fossils, is this seriously brand new information to her? She needs to get a life.
