Nice to see she’s out early trying to get the shots that seem to suggest she doesn’t have neighbours. Her dressing gown gives me the 🤢

That washing looks like it’s been out all night. Why are the leggings nearly wrapped around the line? And what a mix of colours - everything looks like grey rags. Is that a filter?

Is today new school day for the boys?

She’s desperate not to actually show the house isn’t she? Scared her flowers will realise she’s renting somehow. Personally I think they would have had to have rented because he wouldn’t get a big mortgage alone with 4 dependants, she’ll be classed as one as she doesn’t bring in a wage according to HMRC I’m sure. This is assuming he’s paid on the books himself for whatever odd job he did. Whatever tiny mortgage they’d have offered would have in no way budgeted for that house. So renting it is.

They’re not renting that house, it was on rightmove SSTC and came off the day they moved which is what happens when a sale completes. Some have speculated that mama beaver bought it and they’re renting it from her which may be true, but I think a lot of people are underestimating how much equity they will have had in the shack, especially if it sold for near the asking price. I think that’s why they’ve been able to buy a house for nearly half a million £ but still don’t have much to spend day to day. For example, me and my husband have got a lot of equity in our property because we bought it dirt cheap, renovated it fully and now house prices have shot up too. So technically, we can afford to buy a property for up to £450,000 with small enough monthly payments that our two average incomes can cover. Still doesn’t mean we’d be able to flaunt the cash, shop at M&S/waitrose and buy luxury designer clothes. I’m not defending them or sticking up for them 😂😂 but just saying a lot have said they can’t understand the difference between the house price and their spending habits, but it is possible that they’ve done it by themselves without input from his family. We’ll find it all out in a few weeks anyway when the info becomes public.

Obviously the sensible thing to do would be to have bought a property for around £300,000 and bought a smaller/less expensive car. They then could have invested some of the spare change for their future and extra money as a result from smaller monthly payments could have been put towards their kids - better quality clothes and shoes, money towards hobbies and interests etc. but these two are so selfish they only care about how they look to others - 5 bed detached house with a jag and personalised number plate on the drive. They’re pathetic and they have their priorities all wrong.

That dressing gown looks like it was probably lovely and soft when it was new. I bet she's tumble dried it, which ruins sherpa fleece.
Such a shame that the shack didn't come with a washing line...

100% agree with this post. The house isn’t rented unless Mama Beaver bought it which I don’t think is likely. But we shall see.

I think the reluctance to show the house is because of the difficulty in adjusting to an unwanted move and the realisation that the neighbours now aren’t just a bunch of sheep in the local farmer’s field. Plus Mama Beaver is literally down the road - somewhat cramping the style. The house will most definitely start being shown more once every inch of the garden is covered. The beach isn’t great - and the shops won’t give much content.

Agreed i think when she said they had put ‘everything’ into the shack she meant profit from Steve’s rental property too. I think they had a big deposit from 2 houses for say almost half the value then were mortgaged up to the hilt for the other half which left them vulnerable when interest rates went up. Then they have had enough equity in the shack to bring the mortgage down to a more manageable level for a 1 wage family with 3 kids and 1 failed influencer. My friend got a 90k when she earned about 25k a year, i reckon its a similar size to that 🤔

What’s the nearest shopping centre with decent shops to them? The Freeport doesn’t look great…

You’re probably right in the renting / bought situ, I just don’t want to believe two people who have cheated systems, bypassed utilities so they don’t pay, spent spent spent on cheap slave laboured fake items, lied to HMRC about their cash in hand jobs… are capable of buying. Because I know SO many hard working genuine people who don’t get the chance.

Also people saying he’ll be out all the time etc. With who? They’ve moved away from everyone bar his parents? This will play perfectly into her dirty hands because he will literally have no one to go out with, unless he goes back home in which case she’ll dump the urchins with the grandbeavers & go with him. He has no roaring country hills to go out dogging revving his crappy panda. She’ll be delighted he’s less freedom. Probs why she agreed to move.

He’ll just go out in his own to the pub etc. Will probably soon enough meet people to pal around with for nights out/pub visits.

They would have absolutely duck all if it wasn’t for Beaver’s dad though so there’s that 😊
