Because Rebecca, there is always the possibility that even if this woman does only fans under a different name to her legal one, that someone she knows can recognise her, take her content (porn) and plaster it over the internet with her proper name and she's powerless to do anything about it.

I'm no skincare specialist but pretty sure they recommend you only exfoliating once/twice a week! I mean if they would've have treatments at their so called spa day they would have been given advice on what skincare to do.
