Sorry to jump in but lots of children on the spectrum speak with different accents to their families. American accents are quite popular. Alfeh also gets more interaction with the tele than his parents, so it’s not surprising he speaks differently.
Yeah I think a lot of it is from the tv too!!

Sorry if i come across ignorant but i found your post really interesting and it made me think about Alfie's accent. He, like you said uses the queens english and sounds really posh. But we all know who his parents are, how they sound, and them being from Yorkshire.... So is his accent quite common with children who have SEN?
I find him such a sweet little boy, and it breaks my heart to see how different appears from my own 9 year old son and all his friends.
Yes - accents are very common for kids on the spectrum. My youngest has Asperger’s (although it does come under Autism now - as stated by OP) and she has always mimicked how others talk. Her ‘current’ laugh is the same as her best friend’s. She thinks nothing of calling me ‘babes’ because I say it to her 😂 there can be lots of language issues with SEN kids and for parents with said kids - you can spot others a mile off. Thankfully I got my ‘babe’ diagnosed early and she has been supported no end at mainstream school, and, home.

I mean common not popular. 🙈 it’s not like it’s chosen.

I must say I’m quite shocked and surprised to how normal the parents look. Their look doesn’t scream chav family as I’d imagined based purely on Beavers look and his choice of partner.

She's definitely gotten rid of her the bleep. She hasn't been seen at all. And she slipped up there by not saying cat and doggies. Poor Tiger is surplus to requirements now that beggy has big Anne.
She’s an absolute bleeping bleep!! Doesn’t deserve animals or children the witch 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I think the daughter looks just like her mum! And is that his real dad?

Many children on the autistic spectrum speak with a different accent to those around them. I wouldn't say it's Asperger's as that's high functioning which Alfie is not. I'd say he has autism definitely. If they are not seeking help for him, then this is the worst thing they've ever done.

If they EVER did get help for poor Alfeh, she wouldn’t be telling anyone on the gram as that might taint her perfect family in’t Dales image.. which is a joke in itself as that ship well and truly sailed when she appeared on Porn Hub and those other disgusting sites whilst pregnant this time!!
I fear it might already be too late, he is so far behind his peers it’s now a joke. But those two redneck chavs dunt give two shits!!

Becky has said they were in a two bedroom lodge…. did they not share with the grandparents? How strange!! Surely you would get a 3 or 4 bedroom larger lodge and all be together!!

Eh??? Not this family - can you imagine the embarrassment, if there were "strange noises" going on in the middle of the night.....not beggy and beaver embarrassment - Mrs. Hobson Snr having to hear all that carry on......Nope. I'd definitely, want a separate lodge, make that a separate CP, separate part of the country/continent from those scumbags.

I wonder if the grandparents spent the whole time with them, or went off and did there own thing and met up with them in the evening to see Santa?
