Tbf I have had three children and never seen this pop up in any of the babies books, classes or in conversations with friends etc. The only time I have seen it is influencers on Instagram and I think it’s weird I didn’t breastfeed any of mine though so don’t understand it and I don’t care too either but each to their own decision.
