It’s like they’re cult members.
They offer something to Rachel- she shares it and they commend her for her kindness? Apparently Hesperus offered her a lodge for a victim and instead Jon and yoko booked it and it all blew up. She’s so kind 🥲 the bird coop lady gained 1600 followers overnight after she made that long ass journey to be sent to the beach for her packed lunch, groundbreaking. Yet they’re honestly talking like PTWM has gone out her way to do something kind for humanity?! Mind boggling.

In a nutshell some crazy hun who makes henhouses drove from Leeds (i think??) and turned up at Rs door (unannounced) with a new hen house for the chickens after R was begging for one online. R then sent them off to the beach and never used the house

What happened I must of missed that.

Rancid said that they were rescuing some chickens, but didn't have enough room in the coop and she'd ordered one but it wasn't going to be there in time. So a follower, who has a business making and selling wooden hen houses, offered to give her one for free. The lady drove down from Leeds, setting off at silly o'clock in the morning, during a heatwave, to deliver this hen house. Of course there was some hilarious story about how Raq had forgotten, or not looked at her phone or something, and didn't know the woman was coming, so it was all a bit awkward when she turned up on the doorstep, and Rach took the freebie and showed her the way to the beach "because they don't have beaches in Leeds, do they?". She uploaded a ton of stories basically taking the piss out of this poor woman, making her out to be like a stalker or something.

I had a listen to the podcast ( followed the link on here) and I have a few observations
Firstly Rachel presents a ‘hyper real’ version of herself - busy working mum, campaigner , her tone of voice is more animated, no swearing ‘duck my life mum’ .
She talks away about the woman on the bridge and how her following all started but then she starts to unravel when asked direct questions about DA in her past life ( lots of stumbling over what to say) and also how she managed to leave her partner ( again lots of pausing and ‘mmmmm’ before and while answering ) I can’t believe the dog story and how she was laughing about it in the same vein as talking about leaving a violent relationship.
She mentioned living in a place ( somewhere owned by the company she worked for and not a needle filled bedsit)
Lastly she talked about her bosses saving her mileage money between £200 and £400 a month ( that’s a hell of a lot of miles she must have driven every month, thousands of miles in fact as most mileage paid is around 45p per mile . I’m pretty sure in her past blogs she talked about having to go back to work within weeks of Lula’s birth due to a promotion and company car ( my husband has a company car and a fuel card which forms part of his wage so you wouldn’t have to claim mileage) she says her bosses wrote to her so her partner could see they were no longer paying her a mileage allowance so they could bank it over a year for her to leave him and he ‘lost his mind’. How any company for tax purposes could do this I don’t know!
She mentions her ex ‘losing his mind’ a few times - I’d recommend having a listen to the podcast for the inconsistencies alone.

The lady offered the houses for free and then Rachel said oh they won’t get here in time if you send them (clearly hoping for a better offer from another company) so the lady drove them down to make sure Rachel had the houses for when the hens arrived and Rachel just took the piss in return.

She also said before the poverty porn tour that Josh had to go because she can’t drive on motorways and she had just been to IKEA by herself (thereby driving on a motorway) and it was a nightmare, she’d had a panic attack etc.

Yet on the podcast she mentions the same IKEA trip and says how proud of herself she is that she did it and it went really well because she’s usually scared of motorway driving it’s pathetic that they can’t be apart and have to invent bullshit excuses as to why Josh has to leave the kids with strangers so he can go on an unnecessary “work” tour with Rachel.
